Last night I had my second successful WILD (yay!) (among many almost successful attempts) And in all WILDs, fully successful or not, I start off in my bed, sit up and wait for the dream to take me some where, and if it is completely successful, end with being back in my room, feeling myself returning to my body.
I don't really feel any sleep paralysis, just a tad bit of vibrations through my body, but barely enough to really notice. Then I feel this particular sudden and quick weight in my head and before I know it I am already in the dream and I can check this without moving my body or opening my eyes by willing myself to feel a rush of vibrations. If I am successful in feeling those intense vibrations, I know I can do an RC and am always in a dream.
It's also always extremely vivid, seriously just as vivid as reality. And when I am back in my room, beginning of the dream and end, I honestly can't tell the difference at all between the dream and reality. I also remember every single thing that happened and feel when I am coming back into my body.
This all makes me question, is it really a WILD or is it an astral projection that I think is a dream? Or are they the same thing? If it is astral projection, am I not losing sleep by doing it?
Thanks
