      Question How to remember astral projections?

      I have not tried to have a astral projection just yet. Because I would hate to do everything right, have my spirit guide tell me how to use that book that tells about the past and the future. Is it like trying to remember nonlucid dreams? Feed me information you have found from your experiences or what you have read. Thanks!

      Pretty much by definition astral projection is lucid; if you do it you won't forget it.

      I think knowing anything about the past and future would be a separate subject. There's nothing about astral projection that I'm aware of that makes that sort of thing easier.
