Thread: Are these astral projections?

So guys, latley i've been falling asleep in class. I recall these odd hypnagogic hallucinations - I see various parts of my school, and I can consciously move around, though it is hard. Any thoughts? Am I astral projecting?

It is a matter of definition. If it is real then most would call it OBE. Astral projection usually is much weirder and involves leaving the physical world. But, it is going to have alot of different meanings. Astral projection is still a type of OBE, but just floating around your envirment is not really what many think of as astral. Some would call that etherial travel. I do beleive that you may be really exploring the school with your mind, but you will probably find that your brain adds made up details also.
