SP/WILD or NDE ?

Some time ago , I was having a depresion and each time I've tried to sleep , a paralysis like feeling begin to take over me and i was feeling deing/being pulled in the image/vision in my head , despite my all efforts . Only by fighting very hard I succeeded to escape . This happened 3 times . 1st : It was about a cruising ship . I "know it " that if i will walk on it i will die 2nd : a dark tunnel - like hallway , with a dark skinned woman , in black clothes 3rd : a door open to an infinite prery Can you help me to understand what was about ? Thank you for your help .

Sounds to me, that you were about to have a lucid dream. One of the entry methods into a WILD is through images that start showing behind your closed eyelids. It's one of the things, that lucid dreamers strive to achieve. Had you allowed yourself to be pulled in, you would have ended up in a dream (same way you dream every night), only this time, you would have kept your consciousness and awareness.
