OBE/astral projection

hey everyone i wanted to talk about my OBE experiences. first i have sleep paralysis, of which i haven't had for a while which is weird. when i do have it, i can conquer the fear sometimes, i relax and the strange sounds start, then i get the strong vibrations. BUUUUUUZZZZZ sounds like electricity. i get out i see my room. everything is really dark, like not a lot of light, not dark emotionally. the odd thing is if i begin to move, my vision goes black and i can only feel my way around, if u could call it that. i noticed if i slow down, and wait for what ever is around me, to slowly materialize, i can see things.(foot by foot basis) but honest thats boring i want to get going, and its very annoying. I've only ever made it out to my yard(out my window) but when i did get out i started floating up towards the sky, of which i couldn't stop. when i reached about the tallest tree in my yard it all goes black and i wake up. now i do have alot of UFO/ aliens show up in my dreams swell. sometimes i think maybe someone or something isn't allowing me to remember and fully experience my, experiences. its very annoying. one time i have this OBE or dream that i was in outer space looking at this nebula like the pictures you can see online. i see this blueish light coming towards me, then i wake up. i have been getting into meditation to some how get into my dreams experience my dreams FULLY and frankly make sure everything that is going on in there, is what i approve of. sometimes i wonder if everyone on planet earth is being taken advantaged of somehow in the dream world. BTW i have seen LITERALLY and experienced some other weird UFO type phenomenon at the ECETI ranch in washington state.( I encourage everyone to go) you really will see their ships in the sky i was amazed. anyway i look forward to the responses.

Leaving the body thing - Very common experience for lucid dreamers Floating upward with no control - Also very common In fact, every part of your OBE is along the same lines as thousands of others people. Dozens of dream books report exactly the same things. Not wanting to put your comments down, but was there anything original to your dream/experience. If you can not find anything new, it was all probably a dream. Sorry

sometimes when i try to get out of body lol... sometimes body parts get stuck and i have to tug and tug to get out. but the mechanics for the OBE are always the same. i can fell my body give out slowly. after it relaxes i try my best to...well just sit up lol. sometimes orbs and some creatures show up, doing well...hell if i know. usually i tell them to leave. they seem to just be looking at me get out of body, I'm never afraid. one thing i noticed about OBE's being different from dreams is that in OBEs i cant change the environment in dreams i do as i please. but honestly i would like to hear a-lot of other peoples experiences. phil i know it could be a dream so....i would like to know where do i look for some info on this forum to help me OBE if im not already doing so. thanks!

Do not read other peoples experiences, and take them as truth. Lots of stuff on here is all based on dreams. Do read them, then try it for yourself. Only experiantial knowledge is true knowledge ( Did I spell experiantial correktly ) There are a few on here who can give serious replies, but getting them interested again might be difficult. I have only experienced something like astral trave a few times, and even then, they could have been vivid dreams. I will participate in this topic, as I am also very interested in this subject.
