Any Astral Project Tips?

Really,how can I? Iv laid on my back,counting my breath for atleast an hour or more some times just trying to get any vibrations! Nothing ever happens, What do I have to do? Do I have to be laying on my back,should I try before bed,what do I do to try to reach a vibration state. Iv seen so many methods but they never explain the questions Iv listed. So Im reaching out to you DV,HELP! Lol.

There are plenty of guides on the forum, I suggest you try find out what time of the day you have the possibility for REM sleep and practice what you've been doing at those times.

As much as I would love to help, I'm affraid, that tips will not help. OBEing is a huge subject. It takes lots of time for research, even prior of any experiments. You can't rush this. The willingness to put in tons of work and time has to come from within you. There are no shortcuts. You have to do your homework and read as much as you can to be able to make some educated guesses as to which method makes most sense to you. And then test it. And then perhaps a few tips will help. I think your approaching it from a mechanical stance a bit much.Like if I do this this and that then It will work.It wasn't until i read up on the subject that i built up a confidence that made me feel like i already had an obe and that my actual first obe was just a formality. I would suggest reading personal diaries on the subject as this will help you develop a empathetic stance ( if they did it i can 2 kind of thing)instead of a cold mechanics. Which comes after your first time out and the knowing that things like this do happen.
