First Time & Have lots of questions

Ok so I just went through my first Lucid dreaming.. As I was falling asleep I felt myself slipping into SP and stopped myself a few times.. Just as I was going to bed the last time I was so far into slipping in I said what the hell lets try it.. my last post on here Scared the shit out of ne when I heard a hallucination. Anyways I slipped into 'Body asleep Mind Awake' and very soon after felt the talked-about 'Vibrations". As those were wearing off I could feel a seperate body as u will, slowly just floating out of my physical body... the feeling was something I've never felt before.. it was a whole new sense it seemed like. I read recently instead of the main separation tips and tricks into going Astral is to visualize you are somewhere and most of the time that'll cause the separation.. I tried visualizing Hawaii just off of pictures I've seen(Never been there before) and BAM I was separated...

At first when I was in Hawaii I couldn't figure out how to see.. I felt like if I opened my eyes they would open in my physical body and I would see my bedroom.. but as I opened them I began too see a new realm... Is the sight thing normal with First timers?

Through my whole 3 minute experience I kept visualizing myself here and there and even tried going to my physical bbody but had the weird feeling like I forgot where I lived and didnt know how to get back... when that happens
How do I go back to my physical body?

Also if I went to visit my old trailer...

Is it possible to see the new renters living there alseep or does it generate a random memory from the past and what i seen is the past??

I also caught myself slowly losing lucidity and started to spin like people say and experienced a merry go round feeling and kinda seen a Static haze.. (Black and white annoying TV static) Is that normal?

Also... when I was lucid my physical bodys mouth was drooling but I could feel it on my astral body and As I was lucid I could feel as if My chest tightened up and it got extremely hard to breathe.. Are these things normal?

Can the 5 senses be used while astral projection? I'm scared but excited to try more because its an experience like no other but I often see myself slipping into SP more often and I know its caused by Sleep Deprivation and If I keep slipping I might as well try it right?

Can you guys give me some pointers and help and answer some or all of my questions... plz asap.. would Love to know something before going bsck to sleep soon

I am still fairly new to all this as well, but I can share my experiences.

At first when I was in Hawaii I couldn't figure out how to see.. I felt like if I opened my eyes they would open in my physical body and I would see my bedroom.. but as I opened them I began too see a new realm... Is the sight thing normal with First timers?
I believe we're all different when it comes to these experiences, so while some might "be" in their home/apartment, others can find themselves in a completely different setting. As for me, when I've looked through my astral/dream eyes (not of my physical), I normally "see" my bedroom, although there were times where I've opened my eyes to be in a different dream setting, usually an empty field.

Through my whole 3 minute experience I kept visualizing myself here and there and even tried going to my physical bbody but had the weird feeling like I forgot where I lived and didnt know how to get back... when that happens

I've always heard you simply need to think of your physical body, and you will return. It's been the case most times with me, although there was one time when I actually had to struggle to go back, because it didn't feel like I was in control. Not sure what it was, and don't want to scare you. I am certainly up to experiencing it again.

Also if I went to visit my old trailer...

Is it possible to see the new renters living there alseep or does it generate a random memory from the past and what i seen is the past??
I just don't know. Personally I believe we're in an extremely vivid lucid dream when we do that, but I honestly don't know. If it's real, then yes, I suppose you could see the new people living there, although I've also heard that while on the astral plane we're in a different vibrational frequency. So our sights wouldn't perceive them, and vice versa.

I also caught myself slowly losing lucidity and started to spin like people say and experienced a merry go round feeling and kinda seen a Static haze.. (Black and white annoying TV static) Is that normal?
Yes. From my experience. I also get the vibrations and loud buzzing all the time.

Also... when I was lucid my physical bodys mouth was drooling but I could feel it on my astral body and As I was lucid I could feel as if My chest tightened up and it got extremely hard to breathe.. Are these things normal?
Not sure about the hard to breathe, but if someone touches me while I'm asleep, I will feel it and it'll jolt me back to my body.

In my opinion, I wouldn't be afraid of SP. A lot of people strive for that state so they can have these experiences. I am not sure about if you can use all five senses in the astral, but I do know that in my lucids the five senses can be as vivid as real life. I would say to keep exploring this state, and learn more along the way.

Why do you experience sleep deprivation?

NativeJim congrats on your experience. I can relate to many of the things you experienced but I would just recommend that you keep your mind open and willing to have the experiences, don't be afraid, and make sure that you are having a personal experience. What I mean by that is don't go running to the forums asking is this normal etc etc, just have your own experience, do your own experimenting and make up your own mind about what's normal or possible for you. The more experienced you get you'll learn to be a lot more calm about it. It's quite a nice feeling to get up with a new outlook and some wonder in life isn't it.
