Thread: Inducing an OBE from a Lucid Dream

ummmm...since OBE is such a shady area I don't really think we should be passing off what one person has to say about their experiences with "OBEing" as a tutorial on how to OBE. There is alot of argument as to whether or not this person is even experiencing OBEs...let alone that they even exist at all. Our tutorials here are based on factual evidence. But what this person experiences to me does not sound like OBEing at all (if there is such a thing) but rather what people might refer to as travel on the lower astral plane. Anyway, there is too much controversy I think to ever consider adding such a thing as a tutorial...though it is still an interesting read.

edit: also what they talk about as an OBE i have experienced many times and have proven that it is not a real OBE but a different type of dream or experience that occurs while you are in that trance like state and attempt to struggle out of sleep paralysis

Sounds like they are trying to attempt WILD to me!! Right you are, Nina!! You can't just go from the trance state....that is how you WILD, duh!
If you do want to attempt ______, it is a lot more effort than that, & you should do a reality check (reading a book works!) just in case it could be fake(do it all the time, & it should work in a real one!)!! .......& you know I meant S**-***........

I think I posted a topic where I posted that exact same link, I tryed that method once said clearity and full lucidity, everything got real vivid but I woke up.
