Video series on navigating sleep paralysis

I started a video series on navigating sleep paralysis and other weird states. I only uploaded one of them so far so I can get some feedback on whether its good enough quality or not. Its the first video I made so I don't know how to edit the quality and all that yet. Here it is:

I'd appreciate your criticism. I also started making articles which are a whole lot better, I'll post the link if anyone wants to see them.

BTW can you understand my accent or should I add subtitles?

I uploaded a video on dream shamansism:

It took me years to learn this transition incubation thing and I learned it all in my head so it feels kinda weird just putting it into a video like that, like maybe this knolwedge is only meant for people who have attained a certain level awareness in their own minds. Then again most people watching it will have no clue what I'm talking about, only people like the kind you see on dreamviews will get anything out of it. The quality of the videos are abslute crap, but what do you think of the content?

I used to get a lot of sleep paralysis as well, although I haven't had it for awhile now. I never experienced the neck spasms but always got loud buzzing sounds in my head like electrical noise.

I've probably had over 100 episodes of sleep paralysis, so I've also experimented while in it pretty extensively. In the beginning I was always trying to move my limbs to break the paralysis which never used to succeed in breaking it but did produce some very interesting effects. Initially, I would put all my will and energy into moving my arm and through sheer effort I managed one day to move it slowly from the side of my body up to my face... but to my surprise, even though I could feel my hand infront of my face, I could only see an energetic outline of my hand.

I repeated this in subsequent sleep paralysis episodes and the results were always the same. I could move my hand and touch my face, but when I looked down my arm was still in the same place unmoved. One day I even turned around completely in my bed and faced the opposite direction and saw the other side of the room as you would normally, but then looked down at my body and realised that I was looking at my back and that my actual head was facing the other way. What's interesting about this incident is I heard a ripping noise like velcro when I turned around in my body. Very strange indeed.
