Video series on navigating sleep paralysis

I started a video series on navigating sleep paralysis and other weird states. I only uploaded one of them so far so I can get some feedback on whether its good enough quality or not. Its the first video I made so I don't know how to edit the quality and all that yet. Here it is: I'd appreciate your criticism. I also started making articles which are a whole lot better, I'll post the link if anyone wants to see them. BTW can you understand my accent or should I add subtitles?
