      A possible explanation for Energy

      Quantum Phosphorescence
"In simple terms, phosphorescence is a process in which energy absorbed by a substance is released relatively slowly in the form of light. This is in some cases the mechanism used for "glow-in-the-dark" materials which are "charged" by exposure to light. Unlike the relatively swift reactions in fluorescence, such as those seen in a common fluorescent tube, phosphorescent materials "store" absorbed energy for a longer time, as the processes required to re-emit energy occur less often." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phosphorescence

      Biophoton
"According to the biophoton theory developed on the base of these discoveries the biophoton light is stored in the cells of the organism - more precisely, in the DNA molecules of their nuclei - and a dynamic web of light constantly released and absorbed by the DNA may connect cell organelles, cells, tissues, and organs within the body and serve as the organism's main communication network and as the principal regulating instance for all life processes. "Biophotons

The I/I part of this quote has a considerable amount of evidence and clues. Although, it is a relatively unknown science and remains an area for exploration.

These are biophysical explanations for what I call energy,
What I still need to do is find out mechanisms for harnessing and potential net loss of energy.

What is energy for, you say? Well.. Sometimes we have black and white dreams and other dreams are full of color? Why is this? Potentially this is when we are not utilizing our photons (light). We get black and white dreams.

Here is what the spirit science has to say about Biophotons!

Anything with Quantum near it I just sort of figure it's not worth devoting much research to as I will most likely never understand it The Biophotons, however, are much more interesting to me and I'll pour some time into finding out more about them myself. Really interesting how we keep finding out all this new stuff, and although it is a "relatively unknown science", and like you said has a lot of room for exploration, I imagine that in the coming decades this might be as commonly accepted as gravity or bread and butter. A millennium or two ago, the people were relatively convinced that the earth was flat, and we all know that to be false. Makes you wonder what we might think of as "true" when in reality we are blatantly wrong, and these biospheres could have the possibility of enabling that scenario.

I've never really had a black and white dream before, so either somethings not right, the biospheres are false, or I sure can utilize those light photons

I followed the link. Alas I don't have anything uplifting and validating to say about it. If interested in physics, a person could do a lot better starting with a good high school physics text.

Light is an electromagnetic field - different ways of describing the same thing. The electrical properties of a material, how electrons move through the material, also describe how it interacts with light. Every material constantly absorbs and emits light, this is not specific to living organisms. The principles that govern this were established by Maxwell 150 years ago. Electromagnetics theory also describes almost everything about chemistry, biological and non-biological, even though its small and complicated. Its central to how pretty much everything works all the time.

Light doesn't have color, the color is applied in the brain, sort of like how different colors are used to represent different countries on a map even though the earth isn't actually painted with those colors. I guess there must be some deeper relationship between light and color, but I've never seen a hint that anyone has any idea what it is.

I can only think of one dream I've ever had that was black and white. But the dream was of a black bridge against a light gray sky, so I think it wasn't really a black and white dream so much as a dream of a black and white thing.

The dreaming in black and white thingy was just a guess. Although, I believe color to be of importance in this. White being the most 'purest' form of Loosh.

Loosh is a concept brought forward by Robert Monroe. He has a respectable legacy that he left in his wake. This link provides an explanation given to him by a "Non-physical entity" he met in his famed OBE travels. So this a segment of one of his books.
