Thank you! I became interested in the last months of 2014. I don't know exactly why but I began having very vivid dreams, even compared to my current standards. Around november/december without any schedule I tried to project during the day or before going to sleep. Not very often actually. I don't use any particular technique, I simply struggle to rise/roll/jump out of my body. When you AP, I think there is no need to *open your eyes*.

You should keep trying, but be aware that AP/LD-ing could be more difficult during sleep onset due to the nature of sleep stages. I've read of someone who was able to lucid dream just after going to sleep so a lot of factors are involved, like training, the fact that different people have different brains, people who sleep less may enter the stages of deep sleep faster, etc... Nevertheless, one should at least try to be consistent in his attempts.
