I Think I May Have Dormant Telekinetic Abilities?

Okay, I'll admit it, I have tried before to move things with my mind. Most people probably have, and as is generally the case with this, it didn't work. At times, I have been able to predict the future using my dreams. However, this is somewhat spotty and the ability has left me a bit in recent times. For several months, I was having considerable luck with using my dreams to predict future events. I also have had occasional telepathic experiences. Now, I haven't been a solid believer in telekinesis. However, I keep having dreams about it. I also keep having dreams about levitation. I somehow have an odd feeling that I may have dormant telekinetic abilities? I don't know, this might be completely ludicrous. I don't claim that I can move object with my mind, just that I see it as a possibility that I may develop that ability in the future. What do you think? Am I off base on this one, or is this something I may be able to attain. I already lucid dream regularly and have astral projected. I've also had experiences with mediumship/channeling and have communicated with ghosts on several occasions. Part of me thinks this telekinesis thing is crazy and nonsense, but I'm honestly uncertain.

If this is a legitimate possibility, how would one go about developing telekinesis and/or levitation? I think it would be utterly incredible to be able to levitate and move stuff with the power of thought in real life. I have heard that the first step is to get rid of doubt. However, I find it rather difficult to let go of doubt of the ability to move things with one's mind. It just seems like such an utterly implausible concept, yet from what I have read and researched and the frequent dreams I have had about it makes it seem like it may be some sort of possibility.... even if it may be rather unlikely? Not sure though? Maybe with sufficient belief it isn't even that unlikely? What are your thoughts? Should I even bother with this?

It could be a possibility, or it could be a delusion (for lack of a better term) created by your subconscious desire or interest in telekinesis.

Either way you should look into meditation and start reading up on energy manipulation if you're unfamiliar with the term. I would suggest checking out the subreddit of the same name.

Telekinesis is just a sub form of psychokinesis. It would be better to go after psychokinesis than focus just on telekinesis, you might actually have more success. Psychokinesis is basically mind over matter (psycho = psyche/mind/mental and kinesis = movement/momentum/motion) and includes everything from telekinesis to cryo(temperature), chrono (time), bio (organic), techno (electronics), electro (electricity), pyro (fire), aero (wind) that's about all I can think of right now. With mind over matter you can literally do anything you want to.

I've had some success with it, basically it takes willpower, determination, focus, belief and expectation. For it to be really strong you need a charge effect like a strong emotion or some kind of stimulant (caffeine/amphetamine). I achieved it through sleep deprivation which made my mind go into overdrive. But it could also be achieved through things like chi gong or tai chi. In chinese systems they believe if you match/direct your shen (mental will) with your chi (life energy) you can achieve this. If you dedicate yourself to it on a daily basis by constantly trying to manipulate outcomes using your mind you will have more success. For example, while driving your car try to make all traffic lights green, make cars move out of your way, make parking spaces available. Try to manipulate the weather, the wind, the clouds, the rain and sunshine. Try to turn off streetlights as you go near them, etc etc.

EDIT: Just to add... I read somewhere that we all have a pilot wave. It's like a mental projection of what you expect to happen in just a moments time. For example, you are driving over a hill. There are 2 possible outcomes - 1. there are no cars and 2. there are cars. If you expect there to be cars then there will be, but if you expect there not to be then there won't be. It's about programming your expectations and changing what your pilot wave projects into the world around you.

It's a long story, but what happened to me was that I went without sleep for a week straight due to quitting weed cold turkey. I needed the stuff to sleep at night and without it my mind went super active. After about 5 or 6 days of not sleeping I felt so incredibly charged up both physically and mentally. It was almost like I didn't need sleep anymore. I decided to see if I could change things using my mind, it started off small like trying to curve a water stream running from a tap. I managed to curve it slightly then tried something else. I went outside and tried to manipulate the weather. I started making the wind stronger just by feeling or sensing it growing stronger, like encouraging it. I played with the clouds trying to make more of them cover the whole sky and get darker, trying to make it rain. That night we had a huge storm and I swear I was triggering lighting strikes just by thinking about it.

Later on when the storm died off I was inside the house looking through the window at a streetlight. I said to myself "I'm going to turn it off" so I visualised the light in it's off-state and felt a huge flow of willpower surge through me as I tried to mentally will it off. In that exact instant it turned off. That to me was absolute proof I had mind over matter. The problem was that I was so determined at the time to get to sleep I ended up taking a glass of alcohol to help me sleep. I managed to get to sleep and had a mostly dreamless deep sleep. Now this is where it gets really weird. A few seconds before I woke up I had some static images flash in my minds eye which were a skull n bones and the numbers 666 which were red in colour. When I woke up I had psychosis I had trouble remembering where and who I was. I was hospitalised for about 3 months.

Since then, I've had other experiences with both psychosis and mind over matter. I've probably been hospitalised like 5 times now but I treat each one like a blessing because during psychosis you're in an altered state of mind and can have unique experiences. Things like tantra, telepathy, precognition and other things can happen. One time on the way to the hospital with my mother driving down a busy street, me being cocky and trying to prove something I said "I bet you there will be no cars over this hill" but before I even said that I had anticipated it and set up the expectation for it to happen in my mind. Low and behold I was 100% correct. I used to practice mind over matter mostly while driving as it's easier to change subtle things than solid things. I would constantly try to make traffic lights appear green all the time, make people move out my way and make parking spaces available, etc. There was also a time I was driving home after a martial arts workout and mentally switched off 10 streetlights in a row as I drove under them. Life is very much like a dream, if you are thinking "I hope there's no cops around" you will start seeing lots of police. The world has a funny way of reflecting back to us what we are thinking about.
