actually yes. i didnt think so at first but uhhh grab a candle, light it. stare at the flame. study its movments, its flickers.... distract yourself from it by some means... like listen to some music and keep an eye on the flame and see how the flame reacts with your emotions toward the music. your not going to be able to create a flame.. but your more than likely to move it.
if you get good enough.. start learning how to put the flame out and bring it back.
I think thats a good start.
