All you guys fear for nothing. Before you do anything(AP, LD'ing, meditation), always call upon your god, guardians, spirit guides, star elders, angelic beings...etc to place a white ball of energy light around you and your group. Then ask for them to please remove any energy from the ball that isn't that of your group. Finally, ask them If there's any energy your group might have lost, please return it.(if your not in a group, obviously just replace it with yourself) If ever in doubt, call upon them to make sure you only come into contact with good minded people
This works 100% of the time, you must know this!
Back on topic, I got half my body OBE through astral projection as a teenage a few years ago, but beacause of ignorance I didn't go through with the OBE and went back to my body. How'd I do it? . Once I could feel my entire body filled with blue relaxing light, I felt as one, everything was connected on my body in 1 autonomous unit if that makes sense. I just focused on this sensation, became more deep in meditation. All of the sudden my legs from my feet to my lower abs started rising. It got to my chest and it was the craziest sensation. Half my body was flying in the air while the other half was fighting in a will game against my mind stuck in bed. Like I said though, I was young and scared and chose not to.
I do plan to try this after my naps though. This is perfect as WILDS are favorable only after 5-6 hours sleep(REM stage), sometimes I just nap for an hour or 2 and want to WILD but can't. Now it looks like AP will take that place. Wow, I'm taking on a lot here... Meditation(which ive been doing), Lucid Dreaming(which I just started), and now it looks like Astral Projection. I don't really see them as all different though. They're quite similar in nature, I feel they're all interconnected. Meditation helps you get relaxed and disconnected, which is what is also coincidently needed to Lucid Dream. Matter of fact, I started the OBE off of pure intent to meditate. So I consider some form of meditation required to AP.
