What is astral projection? The astral projection is a way of spirit to leave physical body and go to spiritual dimension or astral dimension, in a form of astral body, to be expert in astral project it is first step to find mystery and a countless number of realities rather than the dimension of human

There are countless realities which is more advance than the world of human, in that realities everything will happen, there’s no impossible.

You will be amaze if you can enter to the dimension of elementals, angels, and other higher being which very powerful supernatural creatures rather than man.

The astral combat are one of the most things that experienced by the projector, it maybe adventured them or maybe can enable big fear to them, the astral world is the real world, you must treat that all things that you will find in the astral dimension are not just created by your own mind, you will find everything, you will see the real astral being, astral entity, both negative and positive spirit, what if you will face a demon angel? what would you do? will you treat them as part of your own mind? or another higher being that really existed and have their own power, strength and life, and you know that you must respect any other being that you find in the spiritual world, so that you can protect yourself in any danger that they can be done to you!!!!

You must treat the spiritual dimension as much as you treat in the world of human, you must accept that if in the world you can face the good and bad people that they have their own life and mind that they really existed, then you must also accept that in the spiritual world you can face the good and bad spirit, that they really have their own life and their have their own mind, and they really existed, you must be very careful for every move and act you've done in the astral world, you must be observer in every strange place, every dimension, every realities you've find there.

Now.. I have done this a lot.. but I call it "Lucid Dreaming".. from that definition of yours it would appear that there is no difference between the two..

so you are able to fly in city in real time? or see what your parents are doing? and then you wake up, you know what they really did it?

Who's talking about the "waking" reality? Nobody.

Unless he/she includes the "waking reality" in the "astral dimension", which I certainly wouldn't..

i call lucid dreaming - then you wake up in a dream, not then you leave the body while body sleeps.. because body sleeps in reality, not in some kind of astral dimension..

and if there is an astral dimension - it should be fixed..always the same..like the earth - always the same.. everyday you go outside, you see same houses, same shops..

so you go to the same astral dimension everytime right? - that sounds like you are very rare master here..

hi oneiro and roguext22 you two has a good future in doing astral projection, you two has a right mind and belief on how can make AP and also Lucid dreaming good luck let's try to connect each other while we are asleep and leave our physical body and go to astral dimension, astral dimension are deeply connected to lucid dream because when we leave our physical bodies we go to astral dimension whatever kind of dimension is that is still astral dimension.

A lot of people seem to miss understand exactly what astral projection is because they never actually experienced it and haven't read much about it.

Lucid Dreaming happens in your dream world (inside your subconscious) however it is possible to switch awareness to the Astral Dimension while having a lucid dream.

The thing about to make it more clear is that you have a projectable double for each dimension. When sleeping there is...
- Physical mind and body
- Etheric mind and body
- real time mind and body
- Astral mind and body
- Dream mind and body

There are many higher selfs, but this is just to simplify everything. Now the thing about this is that we project in all these bodies every time we go to sleep the reason why we don't know is because we can't recall due to the shadow memory going into areas of our minds that we can't access.

There are times though that you may think you were dreaming or had a false awakening when really you became aware of you astral or real time body.

Astral dimension is the plane in the astral world

Real time dimension is where you are projected in a copy of the real world...as if you were a ghost. Just like a dream though if you think to hard or expect to see a certain thing then you'll see it.

to confirm this...if you were to project in the real time zone you could fly up out of earth and land anywhere on earth and explore the area.

The thing that makes this difficult is actually remembering these things happening.

Mindpowernews.com reccommended it and said it works every time to induce astral projection. It uses a range of frequencies - alpha and theta to generate a shift in consciousness. Anyone use this?
