Ive read everywhere, that Astral Projection CD's are not safe for someone. I am wanting to prove this, and test out AP CD's so that i can tell everyone what i experience. |

Are people who already easily AP candidates or no. I mean we would know if it was working, because some people have a difficult time telling between a good lucid dream and an AP. |

I would be interested in this. |

Actually, i would like people who have AP regularly to help me out. If you can AP whenever you want, you know how long it usually takes you and what technique you must use. If you use a CD, its supposed to happen without any energy work or breathing work or anything. |

I understand most of the issues with sleep hypnosis, which is what this CD sounds like. So I'm up for it, I have been found resistant to hypnosis by a psychiatrist so it may not work for me, but I'm willing to help you out with this. |

I ran the file through an audio analysis script, and I can safely say to other people that would like to try this, that the sounds you hear are totally safe, with the exception of a range of ULF (ultra low frequency) which if played loud enough is know as brown noise and can and will make you release your bowels. But unless you crank it up to 10 and sit on the speaker you'll be ok. |
