how real is reality? how real are dreams? how real are ndes?

to determine whether or not these experiences are "real" one has to define "real"

The mind is a receptive tool of perception, the delta mind seeks to know all and perceive all on a never ending quest of knowledge (think of a baby, whose minds are predominantly delta waves, babys never stop investigating their surroundings).

i believe methos has a post about this but is reality even real when we are not perceiving it? research and you may find your findings surprising.

reality = perception , dreams = perception , ndes = perception thus ndes and dreams = reality. it also would mean reality = a dream, which is what buddhists believe and i'm positive a lot of mystics agree.

basically what is real to the mind should be treated as "real" in your definition of the term.

to think life exists solely on this dimension of time and space where physics take place is what is inhibiting many of us from truly freeing our minds. it must be accepted that reality (and our minds) is much stranger and more multi-layered (as most mystics and those who claim cosmic intelligence would agree) than it appears to be.

you don't have to believe these things are real, this is just my opinion, but i have also like most of you journeyed through the mind via meditation + brainwaves and i refuse to believe that life is a meaningless vast expansion on this planet. there are extra dimensions. both Jesus and Buddha knew this. you might not find that in the bible though.

think about it like this, the earth has brainwaves (the Schumann resonance proves this) and all mammals have brainwaves... ELF electromagnetic low frequencies exist throughout our entire universe and the secret of consciousness (and what is called cosmic intelligence or "god consciousness") is in those ELF waves.

oh and if you meditate to a .5 hz (with shortened wavelength) and focus your mind entirely upon your third eye chakra you will feel experiences similar to the NDEs described above. probably not quite as visual but it sure is the most euphoria i have ever gotten out of meditation or any brainwave session.
it is hard to achieve this state though without a lot of practice, it took me a year of two hour meditation sessions every day to be able to achieve a full delta experience. which was like pure love and lifting, as described, except i was conscious and crying. I came to terms with everything in my life because why fight with life when there is just so much beauty in the world. I literally watched what felt like the birth of the universe, a light all encompassing made of pure love.

if you don't believe me google around and you'll find reports of people who would meditate to near death experience, this is how suspended animation is achieved and that is proven to exist. it's reported to be so heavenly and divine that to awake from suspended animation is like self inflicted torture.

EDIT: when i referred to "methos' post" i was referring to a different forum called transparentcorp.com where he regulars, i recommend this site and forum the people are very knowledgeable.
