Yeah what they say is SP, and you go through it every night. The only reason why you get scared of it is because sometimes you wake up before your body does, and you are frozen. You are always frozen when you are sleeping, but you are asleep most of the time so it does not scare you, you are off in dream land. |

Around here, many people use the term Sleep Paralysis loosely. People use it to refer to many types of body-centric hypnagogia. |
