There are adds all over this site for quantum jumping. Supposedly it goes beyond, and is much more enlightening than lucid dreaming. It seems pretty interesting, but is it BS, like a placebo? If you believe it exists, your mind will create what it perceives quantum jumping to be, instead of ACTUALLY meeting other dimensional versions of yourself? If anyone has tried it, with or without success, let me know what's up because I'd like to look into it further.

Let's compare. Lucid dreaming is a scientifically proven phenomenon that has been recorded for thousands of years, has proven benefits, and is free. Quantum jumping is a totally unproven "secret technique" invented by Burt Goldman sometime in the last decade or so, which is quite obviously a ploy to sell CDs for over one hundred dollars. In short, stay away from that stuff.

Advice for anything of that sort: if they're asking you to buy or pay for anything, avoid it, or at least find a free way to research it, because if it is legitimate, there will be someone out there willing to help for free.

My grandpa reads books and he told my dad about them and when I told my dad about OBEs he told me his father told him it was dangerous and that it was called astral projection and that eveil spirits would pull your in their demension for ever or something, lol!
