Does everyone have a dream guide?

Does everyone have a dream guide? I'm pretty sure I don't have one. I rarely meet fictional dream characters more than once (and probably just as well, as most of them are a pain in the neck).

I don't think dream guides necessarily exist for everyone before they try seeking a dream guide.

But if you want to look for a dream guide, see if any of the non-fictional, everyday-waking-life people in your dreams, like parents, siblings, significant others, or best friends, will reveal themselves to be dream guides.

No dream goals at the moment...just flying and letting stuff happen is kinda fun, and it's hard to motivate myself to try LDing lately.

I don't have a dream guide. But then, I don't think I've actively looked for one.

Though, one time in a dream when I was Lucid, I was in some university somewhere walking around, and this bench in a hallway kept producing these really intricate wooden/metal scultpures. Like they were amazing, beautiful, alien.... I would take one off the bench when it appeared and set it aside next to others it had made for me and kept wanting to bring them out of my dream. Meanwhile, I run into this little pygmy guy who starts asking me where I'm from and what I'm doing there etc, so I told him I'm in a dream, and he told me it wasn't a dream but an in-between place. From there we talked for what seemed like hours about the nature of the dream world, (he was hinting at it being the place where dead spirits move through to get wherever they are going - something of a reoccuring subject in my vivid dreams), and I learned alot about how that dreamworld worked.

I've never looked for him, but maybe I can in the future, that was probably the closest thing to a dream guide I've ever come across.

I neither have not need a dream guide - they are just DC's that you imagine are important/powerful.
TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus

Personally, I believe that if you believe you have one you will and if you don't you won't

I don't think we all have a dream guide. I do however think we all have DC that hate and try to stop lucid dreaming.

Yeah, I don't think everyone has a DG, don't think a DG would have to be fictional though, can be parent or friend.
