Hi! Thanks for mentioning the sleeping on your back thing. I usually am unable to get any sleep on my back. Most of the time I can only sleep if I roll to my side. I still have dream recall on my side, but my main concern about sleeping on my back is just that it seems to hurt whatever shoulder I sleep on. Why is sleeping on your back the only way you remember any dreams? Maybe if you keep practicing you will get dream recall in easier sleeping positions. For me with dream recall the important thing is to think about the dreams the moment I wake from them. I wish there were some way to sleep on my back. Like I said, not for dream purposes, but to spare my shoulders. I keep hoping one day there will be a way. Thanks for the post because I could relate. Hi! Well, sometimes I have dream recall but speaking generally while on my back I am more relaxed if I get to sleep ))) Actually if I turn on an audiobook before sleeping it helps A LOT, I just use a timer for 30-40 minutes and it helps to soothe me to the sleep even if I am on my back. It's been almost a month as I am listening to Lucid Dreaming Field Guide at nights, it's a good book and with good narration, I recommend it!
