      I suggest you bear with it a little longer, patience is key in WILDs! Personally I don't really stay awake fully, I do relaxation techniques and count breaths, but I let myself kinda drift off just a little bit. The trick is to know to pull back and not fall asleep. I noticed that if I just stay awake and lay there waiting, nothing happens. Not sure if that helped, but good luck!

      Yes, I have. It is about two years ago by now, and I was using the CAN-WILD technique. I think the technique isn't quite right for me though, as I put in a lot of time and got very bad results. I've practiced WILDing for a few years, but only for a few weeks at a time and then with big pauses in between. Motivation has been lacking, which is why I starting this journal.
