Hey there ! Thanks for reading my dream post .. I do meditate , but the Sleep Paralysis came naturally to me before I did any meditation . I didn't know quite sure the method how to induce them ... but I can tell you in brief what I thought I probably did here ...

I wake up normally in the morning (no alarm - but you can set an alarm here) because I need to go to pee every morning .... Then got back to bed ..... Check email for a while and back to sleep . This is the stage where I half sleep half awake , so it is much easier to do . You just need to lie there let your mind wander or try to recall your last dream here , thinking of the dream scene .... or thinking of the vibration , how would you feel if the vibration occurs ... thinking of moving but not actually moving <~ this triggers my non-physical part to move while my physical part still laid there and the vibration would occur because the 2 bodies are "out of sync" . When it occurs you got the Sleep Paralysis !

Hey there JeraldTa. I can't help but notice that you get Sleep paralysis allot. How do you induce them? What do you do before getting them? I have recently realized that meditation helps allot, do you meditate?
