    1. You can’t See Very Good with Your Eyes Closed - Jan 31, 2015

      by , 02-04-2015 at 01:15 AM
In this dream, I was on a facility tour, and I introduced myself to a manager. I told him my name and where I was from. He smiled then said, “Yes, the alarms went off when you arrived, and they announced it over the PA.” He smiled a little harder, and I found this a wee bit funny, then the dream ended.

I didn’t wake up physically, but I was consciously alert. In the waking world it was 10:00 Am. I felt some slight vibrations, and I figured I would try an OBE exit. I’ve never done this so late in the morning, but it doesn’t hurt to try, so I went for it! I jumped out of bed, but my butt caught the edge of my bed, and I was stuck, so I pulled really hard with my stomach muscles and slowly rose up to my feet. I did the traditional removal of my CPAP mask and blanket, but my vision was yellowish and really dull. I reached around my face, and all was clear, but I wanted to know what the heck was causing my dull vision. My first instinct was to leave the bedroom, and get as far away from my body as possible, so as not to get sucked back in.

It was 10:00 Am, and I was expecting to see a well-lit hallway, but my vision was still dull and yellowish, so I headed off to the bathroom to take a look in the mirror. To my surprise, my eyes were closed! How could this be? I tried to open them, but my eyelids just wouldn’t open, so I raised my hands up to pull my eyelids open with my fingers, but my fingers passed right through my face, and I couldn’t feel anything! I then heard my daughter laughing behind me, so I turned around to give her a hug, but I couldn’t see her because my vision was so crappy. I decided to go take a look in her bedroom to see if she was there.

Her bedroom was even darker then the hallway because the window blind was closed. In an effort to find her I crawled around on her bed feeling under the covers to see if she was there, but no luck. I ended up back in my bed and I saw a quick hypnagogic image of my daughter’s face before I woke. She was smiling ear to ear due to the hilarious situation.

    2. Castle and Gold Dust - Jan 31, 2015

      by , 02-03-2015 at 01:53 AM
I was standing inside a castle (lucidly inspired by Dawneye11’s castle quest). There was a huge gothic room, displaying many ornate objects, and it spanned for at least 40 yards. There were a few dream figures standing around me, and I decided to take a flight to the other side of the room to help stabilize. I picked a spot on the far wall, and focussed on being there, and I quickly flew across the room, and then I returned back to be with the dream figures. One of the dream figures asked how I flew across the room, and I replied, “I can fly simply by focussing on where I want to go, and zoom, off I go!” I didn’t mention anything about the lucidity being a contributing factor. The other dream figures watch and listened with interest. Then a man dug a big hole in the floor and started to pull out piles of gold dust! I lost lucidity because I was totally enthralled with all that gold. The rest dream was spent trying to get the gold out of the castle.

    3. Sometimes a Hug can be Scary - Friday Jan 30, 2015

      by , 02-03-2015 at 01:28 AM
In this dream I was standing at the top of the stairs at my old home, and then my daughter came running up the stairs with a dark haired friend, whom I didn’t recognize. Can you say instantly lucid? We hugged for long time, and at one point we both cried, but I composed myself and asked her, “Who’s your friend?” She quickly said, “That’s D______ (I didn’t catch the name), my friend from Heaven!” I gently placed my daughter down and turned around and gave her friend a big hug too (I think I teleported a few feet towards her), but this poor little girl totally freaked out, and her eyes turned reddish with fear. Usually my hugs do wonders while lucid, but this little girl didn’t like that at all. My daughter firmly said, “Dad, don’t hug her, because you’re scaring her!” I felt upset because I scared her, and I woke up.

    4. Freakin’ my Mom Out and Hangin’ with my Sisters- Jan 24, 2015

      by , 01-28-2015 at 03:14 AM
I just finished a dream where I was cruising in a jeep that I use to own back in the early 90’s. Jeeps are really fun to drive, especially with the roof off, and windshield down! I gotta get another one! This dream was very vivid and I was on the verge of lucidity, but the dream ended just as I was figuring it out.

After the dream ended, I was lying in bed consciously aware, but my body was asleep, and shortly thereafter I started to hear music playing, and then ‘the vibrations’ started! This is very exciting when this happens! I leaped out of my body and stood up beside my bed, and then I struggled (as usual), to peel off my blanket and CPAP. I was twisting, and turning, and tearing at my face to get all this crap off. When I was done, I looked down at the bedroom floor to see my CPAP mask, hose, blanket, CPAP machine, transformer, and power cable all twisted together in a heap beside the bed. My body lay right on the bed right where I left it, and I looked very much asleep. Music was still playing. There was a computer monitor and key board setup on a night stand, but there isn’t one there in waking life (at my parent’s house). Hmm let’s see what this is about.

In the bottom left corner of the black, monitor screen was rectangular icon about 1.5 inches wide by .75 inches high. The icon was lightly shaded gold. On the right side of the icon was ancient, gold, balance scale, and on the left side were gold ‘Predator’ type symbols that were scrolling and continuously changing. It was very interesting. When I pushed some keys on the keyboard, the screen flashed something quickly, but it went back to a black screen with the icon in the corner. I started calling for my daughter to join me, and then I opened the bedroom door and headed out into the hallway.

I saw somebody walk past me in the hallway, but the person were transparent, and there was a wash of bright blue light that flashed through them. Then a second transparent person came from the washroom, and they both walked into my parent’s bedroom, so I followed them. When I walked into my parent’s room, one of them walked right through me, like they couldn’t see me. Then my mother in-law, who passed 14 years ago, walked past me, touched my arm and smiled, then said something to me, but I couldn’t hear what she said, because I had my earplugs in. The clarity by this point was perfect, and I was able to identify one of the transparent figures as being my middle sister. I reached forward and grabbed her by the shoulder and I said, “Sister, can’t you see me?” She immediately became solid, and she said my name with surprise!

I said, “Sister, you look so young! How old are you?” and she proudly replied, “I’m 17!” She had the biggest smile. Meanwhile, the second transparent figure became solid, and she was my mom. She also looked really young, like in her late 30’s. I said, “Mom, it’s me! You look so young! I’m now 50.” My mom had a total look of horror on her face and she immediately looked at the ground. I felt upset that I startled her, and then I was back in ‘the void’ again.

The music immediately started playing again, followed by ‘the vibrations’, so I tried to OBE exit once again. I landed on the floor beside my bed, but I slipped on something, and landed on my butt! My arms went through the floor, and I started to struggle to get up, but it was like I was pushing against air, and I just couldn’t do it. I was too close to my body, and I was getting sucked back in, so I gave up, and ended back up in ‘the void’ yet again. I stayed there for what felt like a very long time, and I eventually lowered my consciousness level enough to enter into a dream, but I wasn’t lucid. I think I lost consciousness during the transition. It actually was a cool dream where I was talking to my oldest sister through an oval portal, and then I ended up throwing slippers at her jokingly.

    5. Funny Things Happen When You Lucid Dream - Jan 24, 2015

      by , 01-27-2015 at 04:29 AM
In this dream I was putting a garbage bag in a trash compactor. I neatly pulled the edges of the bag around the metal frame, and then slid it shut, but then I realized something was wrong. My kitchen doesn’t have a trash compacter! Bingo, I’m lucid! I look around the kitchen trying to remember my mantra. Then I remembered, “Give my daughter a hug!” I felt a rush of adrenaline go to my stomach (an uplifting feeling), but then everything went black, and I was now in ‘the void’ (NRem), consciously aware, but my body was asleep.

Shortly after, ‘the vibrations’ started, and I successful jumped out my body and landed on the floor beside my bed (OBE). Same old problem though, my blanket was over my face, including that dang CPAP mask and hose. I found the only way to remove it is to tear away at it piece by piece with my hands until all seems clear. This visibility was kind of dark and blurry at the start, but it improved as I left my bedroom (my parent’s house); however, I could only see out my left eye. Now what’s going on? I paused and focussed on increased clarity, but I still couldn’t see out my right eye. My dear dad then walked out of the bathroom and started to laugh at me, and he said, “You’re dreaming again, aren’t you?” Giggle, giggle, and then he told me to go look in the mirror, so I headed into my sister’s room to have a look.

Well, to my surprise, that darn CPAP mask was pushed up over my right eye! That’s why I couldn’t see! I quickly tore it off. That’s it; I’m going to put a mirror on my bedroom door (at home). I was shocked that I looked ‘normal’ in the mirror, I wasn’t all freakish looking and distorted, like what happens most of the time in an LD. This was kind of odd (for me), so I went right up close and studied my face in the mirror for anything that wasn’t supposed to be there, but all looked normal, right down to the gray hairs in my beard. I paused for a moment and I found this very intriguing. My dad was still giggling away in the hallway, so I turned to him and said, “Dad, give me a break, it’s really hard to get all this CPAP crap off when I OBE exit!” He laughed even harder, then my vision went black, and I was back in bed again. I found this experience quite entertaining too dad!

    6. 4:00 Am Much Needed Hug – and my Dream Method - Jan 24, 2015

      by , 01-26-2015 at 04:37 AM
I repeated this mantra continuously last night as I drove out to visit ‘the folks’. No worries, I was alone. Btw, my wife and son would kill me if they had to listen to this:

“I WILL realize when I’m dreaming, and I WILL BE lucid. I WILL realize when I’m dreaming, and I WILL BE with my daughter.”

I verbally repeated it for 40 minutes as I was driving, just before bedtime. I fasted from lunch until bedtime, and then I ate one can of tuna, 100 mg B6, and a B multivitamin (washed down with a beer). I wrote out the mantra 4 times in my Dream Journal, and I also wrote out in big bold letters, HUG TIME DAUGHTER! WBTB after 4 hours and then I took 4 mg red spider lily extract and 200 mg choline. I had the best dream experiences ever: 2 lucids, 4 successful OBE’s, 3 failed OBE attempts, and 3 pleasant fun dreams, plus one hour in Nrem (the void). I also voice recorded each dream occurrence, immediately after each dream, and repeated the mantra a couple of times. Yes, I briefly woke up about a dozen times last night, but it was well worth it. The voice recordings allowed me to record what’s happened, without completely waking me up, and then I did the written journaling in the morning using the recordings as ‘recall’. Here’s the best lucid dream (I’ll add the other ones later):

I was false awakened because somebody was touching my back. I opened my eyes and I was lying on my left side in a huge bed which I didn’t recognize. About 5 feet away, in this huge bed, was a dark haired teenaged boy, who was quietly sleeping on his back. I stared at him, and thought now this is odd, there’s a teenage boy in my bed, and this isn’t my bed! I quickly closed my eyes, and I figured this must be some sort weird nightmare!

I opened my eyes again, and now the boy was lying on his right side facing me with his hazel nut brown eyes, staring right into my eyes. He had a very slight grin. I instantly became lucid!!! So I said, “Hi!” He casually replied, “Hi.” I quickly asked, “Who are you?” He then said something, and I could hardly hear him because I had my earplugs in, so I sat up in bed and leaned towards him, and I said, “What did you say?” He sat up in bed too, and moved towards me, and repeated his mumbling. I said, “I still can’t hear you?” Then I felt somebody touching my back again! What’s going here?

I said, “Who’s that (behind me)?” Then I felt somebody push against my back, and I could see blonde, curly hair drooping over my left shoulder. Then I heard my daughter say, “It’s me!” I quickly turned towards her and said, “Daughter!” She smiled ear to ear, and then I said, “Give me a hug!” She gave me the biggest hug ever! Then I asked her, “Who’s your friend?”, and she replied, “Huh, Oh, that’s Kenny!” Unfortunately I woke, because it was very emotional, but I stayed perfectly still in bed to try and get back into the LD. No luck, but suddenly ‘the vibrations’ started, and tried to OBE exit, but no luck again. This was a short, but a fantastic LD.
    7. Church Flight – Jan 23, 2015

      by , 01-24-2015 at 08:04 PM
In this dream I was with 4 or 5 spies, and we were deep in Russia. I won’t get into the details of what happened, and I’ll focus more on the lucid part, but we crossed through woodlands, small towns, country side, and then we finally ended up in a city. We were being pursued by a woman in white dress, so we decided to blend-in with the locals by sitting in the back of a church. There were lots of people sitting around chatting. Then, this old woman beside me leaned over and asked where I was from, so I told her, and she replied she lived there too until she was 23, and then she moved back to her small town where she spent the rest of her life.

I jumped up and ran to one of the church’s windows and looked outside to see if all was clear for us to leave, but the woman in the white dress was standing alongside the church, and she saw me! I quickly turned around and ran out the back of the church and down a long flight of stairs. I was trying to go so quick that I flew down the stairs and around the corner. That’s when I realized I’m dreaming! Yeah, I’m lucid! I could feel my vision fading so I immediately took to flight. I flew across a small field; about 15 feet off the ground, and people were standing everywhere, staring at me. The tree line was coming up, but I wasn’t gaining altitude. I focussed on being at the tree tops, and this helped, because I flew immediately to the tree tops. My clarity was excellent at this point, so I decided to fly into a 3rd storey window of the church. I did so, and landed in an empty room. My clarity was fading so began to swirl. I swirled and swirled, but I felt like I was back in bed again, so I gave up and recorded the dream on my voice recorder. This voice recorder is cool! I woke up with 9 dreams on it.

    8. A Sterndrive with a Mind of Its Own – Jan 16, 2015

      by , 01-22-2015 at 02:57 AM
This dream was a Dream Induced Lucid Dream (DILD). In this dream I was rebuilding a boat. I had the sterndrive out of the boat and it was lying on the floor in the corner of the garage. The steering controls were on the workbench and I was disassembling them. Suddenly the sterndrive started to raise and lower for no reason at all. It wasn’t connected to the boat, or the battery, so I went over and took a closer look. Then it stopped moving. I thought this is very odd, and this isn’t possible, but I brushed it off and went back to work on the steering controls. Then the sterndrive started to move up and down again! Hold on here, this isn’t possible, I must be dreaming again! I then paused and thought about what I should do while lucid, and then I remembered my plan to heal my son’s plantar wart. There was a doorway leading out of the garage, so I decided I would go through the door and look for my son, but I woke up. Darn, I should have stabilized first by swirling

    9. Little Sister Takes me to Daughter – Jan 17, 2015

      by , 01-22-2015 at 02:40 AM
In this lucid dream I was standing in the foyer at my parent’s house (I entered this dream lucid). I walked into the living room and saw my little sister lying on the coach watching TV. She looked in her 20’s, and she wasn’t at all surprised to see me. It was nice to see my sister young again, and it really took me back. The clarity and vividness was perfect. I asked how she was doing, and she said, “Good!” I then asked where my daughter is. She replied, “I think she’s outside playing with her friends.” She stood up, put on her brown coat, and I followed her outside. There were a bunch of kids playing on the street, and then I saw my daughter standing on the rocky outcrop beside the road! She looked about 7 or 8 years old. I then called her name, and she looked at me, smiled, and then she morphed into somebody else. I stopped and thought I must have mistaken somebody else for her. I was very excited about seeing my daughter and I woke up.

    10. Dream Guide John, Pontoon Boat – Jan 18, 2015

      by , 01-21-2015 at 08:19 PM
I entered this dream lucid after being consciously aware between dreams. The scene resembled Venice with the waterways running between towering ‘old fashion’ buildings. My dream guide John was sitting across from me on a pontoon boat as we enjoyed sipping on a couple of ‘cold ones’. The boat was moored to walkway alongside a tall building. Suddenly a tsunami wave came racing down between the buildings.

The wall of water was only 4 or 5 feet high, so we were safe, except now the water was rising higher and higher, and current was insane. People scrambled into the buildings as the water rose, and were running for their lives! I continued to sit in the pontoon boat sipping on my drink watching the drama unfold. Our pontoon boat was now risen up to the 3rd storey balcony, and other boats were smashing into us. Dream guide John then stood up, approached me, and said, “Tie up the boat to the balcony! Quickly!” I thought, seriously, I’m enjoying all this excitement, while sipping on this drink, but okay, I’ll do it, so I said, “Sure.” I put down my drink carefully, so as not to spill it, and then I jumped off the boat and onto the 3rd storey balcony with the rope. The patio doors were open, so I decided to look around inside. It was a typical apartment, nobody was in there, and I looked around for something to tie this rope to. There was a stationary bike beside the doors, so I tied it to the bike frame. I went back outside and jumped on the boat beside dream guide John. I was starting to get into this dream!

I looked at dream guide John and said, “This is very exciting! I really like this dream. This past weekend, in the waking world, I was laying vinyl flooring in my bathroom and I buggered up my neck, and it’s really sore. I’m having a hard time sleeping. While dreaming my neck doesn’t hurt, so I would like to stay here for a little while longer please!” John smiled and put his arm on my shoulder and said, “Yes, I know. You’re welcome!” Boats were piling up everywhere because of the tsunami. He then pointed towards the front of the pontoon boat and said, “Go that way, and jump onto the boat in front of us.”, so off I went.

I did as he instructed, entered the boat’s cabin, and found myself walking a down a log hallway inside a building. I thought to myself, “This dream certainly isn’t following the realities of the waking world very well.” At the end of the hallway I found an old Irish style pub! Okay, this was good! Dream guide John then brought me a huge mug of beer, and I took a big drink. It was delicious! Then, to my surprise, my dear Aunt Patsy (who passed in the 90’s) walked in the doorway. She walked past me and sat at a table. I walked up to her and said, “I recognize you!” She then transformed into somebody else and smiled at me. I asked her name, and she said, “Kim.” Next, I asked where she’s from, and she replied, “Winnipeg.” I thought to myself, you’re not Kim, and you’re not from Winnipeg, you’re my Aunt from Ontario. I then thought I’d be tricky and ask her last name, but she said she couldn’t remember. I asked why she can’t remember, and she casually replied, “Because I’m dreaming, and I can’t remember who I am when I’m dreaming.” She was giggling at this point, and I told her, “I’m lucid right now, and I remember everything about myself! How can you not even remember your name?” Are you lucid? Who are you really?” By this point I was being surrounded by about 10 dream figures who were all intently listening to our conversation. Dream guide John then pushed through the crowd and grabbed onto my wrist and dragged me across the pub into the lounge area.

John placed both of hands on my shoulders. Looked me straight in the eyes, and said, “You can’t go asking people their identification while lucid or we’re going to take away your lucid abilities!” He was looking real angry and his skin turned all red with yellowish polka dots. He then shouted, “Don’t do that anymore!” I said, “Okay, but please explain why I can’t?” He then yelled, “Because you will be given a kayler!” I said, “What’s a kayler?” He then said, “You know, a kayler!” He then demonstrated holding something in his hand, and he was poking it forward, like as if he was probing for something. I started to feel upset, so dream faded and all went black, and then I woke up. I definitely don’t want anybody giving me a kayler, no way! Keep that kayler thing away from me John!
    11. Doing the Spiderman – Jan 18, 2015

      by , 01-21-2015 at 02:17 AM
In this dream I was standing in a 2nd storey bedroom watching teenagers mingling outside. It was nighttime, but the area was lit up by exterior lighting from the building. My vision was crystal clear, and it seemed too surreal not to be a dream, so I became lucid. No reality check needed. I slid open the window and shouted out to the kids, “Hey, can I join you guys?” One of the teenagers said, “Sure.” I popped out the window screen, and then asked the kids if it was safe for me to jump (of course it was). Another kid replied, “I don’t know?” They were all looking up at me with interest. In an effort to try something new while lucid, I decided to crawl down the side of the building like Spiderman. Instead of going straight down, I went at about a 45 degree angle; head first, down the brick wall towards the ground, crawling like a spider. To my surprise, when I reached the ground, all the teenagers were gone. A woman dressed in blue then looked out the second storey window at me, and when I looked back at her, she quickly moved away. I then woke up.

    12. The Grim Reaper LD – Y2007

      by , 01-20-2015 at 09:12 PM
I guess most people have had a Grim Reaper dream at some point in their life, here’s mine (my scariest LD ever):

In this dream I was at my log cabin doing chores (as usual). I walked into the living room, which has a high vaulted ceiling, and I could see somebody in a dark hood robe, up-side-down, with their face against the wall, and about half way up. I found this very alarming, and I instantly became lucid. The clarity was perfect and everything was vivid. The dream figure then crawled head first quickly down the wall, across the floor, and then it stood up one foot in front of my face. He was slightly taller than I, and it was the Grim Reaper! I was totally freaked out! He had icy, bluish gray eyes, which seemed to be glowing, and a lizard face. His scales and coloring were actually quite brilliant and beautiful as far as a lizard goes (I thought). The first thing that came to mind was, “Kill him!” This wasn’t a normal response for me in any form, especially while lucid.

I reached forward and tore his black, hooded robe off and threw it to the floor. This genderless, lizard biped was standing there completely naked with a shocked look of fear on his face! His mouth dropped open and his eyes bulged wide. He looked totally weak and anorexic. I thought to myself, I’m going to destroy you. In complete rage, I reached forward to crush him, but he shot off in faint wisp of smoke right through the log wall and was gone. He was unbelievably fast. I immediately woke up, and I was shaken by the dream. This was no doubt the scariest lucid dream I’ve ever had. I saw this dream figure once again in an LD last year, but I left him alone and ignored him, and he kept his distance.
    13. A Great Way to Spend Time in the ‘Void’ –Jan 18, 2015

      by , 01-20-2015 at 08:25 PM
After doing WBTB (Wake Back to Bed), my mind is consciously awake, but my body is asleep. This can be very boring while in the ‘void’ patiently waiting for the next lucid dream to start. Sometimes this can last up to an hour before a dream finally kicks in. Sometimes there’s hypnogogic imagery, occasional voices, but for the most part it’s dimly lit nothingness, and it’s challenging not to slip into unconsciousness. I’ve recently discovered that it’s possible to engage the void, and make it a pleasant experience. For me, the void can basically become a dream without vision, but you have touch and sound. Here’s what happened:

I had just finished a lucid dream where I was at a very scenic boardwalk enjoying the ocean and having an evening walk, and then the dream faded and I was back in ‘the void’ waiting for the next lucid dream to start. After about 10 or 15 minutes in the darkness I heard some people talking, and I recognized one of the voices! It was my daughter’s! I tried to call her name, but nothing happened, and it felt as though if I had tried any harder, my physical body would have spoken. If my physical body spoke, or moved, I would slip out the void and physically woken up. I could still hear my daughter talking to somebody, so I decided to relax and calm myself into the twilight zone of slipping into unconsciousness. Then I said my daughter’s name, and it worked! My daughter quickly replied by saying, “Dad?”

She then sang me a brilliant song that lasted about 30 seconds, ‘a jingle’. I told her it was a beautiful song! Then she came and hugged me. I couldn’t see anything in this state of lucidness, but I could feel her hugging me, and I was able to talk to her. I hugged her back and told her I love her. She jokingly said, “Dad, we have to stop meeting like this or people will start to talk!” I then said, “Daughter, we simply need to be together every night while I dream until we’re together again. A father and daughter can’t be separated.” I slipped deeper into unconsciousness and I found myself fully lucid back at the boardwalk again. I was still talking to my daughter, but she was now a small sphere of light, the size of a ladybug stuck to the side of a weathered wooden wall. I told her again I love her, and that we simply need to be together. She then vanished, and I continued my evening walk along the boardwalk. Shortly thereafter I lost my lucidity and continued in regular dream mode. I don’t remember what happened after that, but I did end up back in the void again, and then I had a pontoon boat LD which I’ll journal later

    14. Playing the Dream Game and not Letting DF’s Know I’m Lucid – Jan 18, 2015

      by , 01-19-2015 at 11:50 PM
In this lucid dream, I was playing right along with the Dream Figures, creating some drama, fun and an interesting story line, until they realized I was stringing them a line. I’m always way too serious in my lucids and I usually have an agenda, but not this time!

In this dream I was in the back of my pickup, trying to rollout the black nylon cover, but it wasn’t working, and I was blaming my wife for messing it up (I know, typical husband). The black vinyl cover was supposed to be black, but it was now brown and all torn up. Hey, wait a second, this is a dream, I’m lucid! This lucid happened around 1:30 Am, which is a good thing, because LD’s early in the night are typically very vivid and clear for me (almost magical). I stepped off the truck box and looked around, realizing I was inside a large industrial looking garage. My wife was now gone and I was alone. I decided to head out and explore this amazing place.

There was a hallway leading out of the garage, and it came to a glass door exit. I decided to try walking right through the glass door, without opening it, and it worked perfectly. I felt the glass passing through my body (there’s no waking world sensation to describe it). Once I was outside, I could see two people walking, in what looked like space suits, way off to the left, through a garage door opening. It was night time, and I was surrounded by dark colored buildings. I flew up about 50 feet into the air and then slowly flew between the buildings, then 3 men stepped out of a doorway, and I hovered above them. They didn’t notice me above them, and I watched as they walked away and chatted.

Then a black car drove out of the same building, and parked alongside. I decided to fly down and take a closer look. I hovered above the trunk and watched two men step out of the car. One fellow was holding a knife to the second guy’s throat, so I slowly floated down beside them to see what was going on. The guy holding the knife was startled when he saw me, and the 2nd fellow ran off. He then turned the knife towards me, and this is when I decided to play along with the dream game. I looked at him and said, “It’s okay, I’m a secret agent too, follow me into the building! I want to show you something.” He put his knife away and said, “Oh, okay.” I had no idea what was in the building, or what I was going to show him, but I walked into the same door the three guys had exited earlier, and he followed me.

We walked straight down a hallway, made a left turn, then a right, and we ended up in a long concrete passage. I was struggling to come up with something to show him, so I decided to do some lucid dream skills, and I said, “I have secret agent superpowers!” I took my fist and slowly pushed it into the concrete wall and then I pulled it out. I left a hole in the wall, and there was concrete dust all over my hand. His eyes opened wide, and he said, “Holy, that’s unreal!”

A woman appeared out of nowhere and walked up to us, and I told her, “I’m an agent with superpowers. I’m genetically engineered!” (I was really pouring it on, lol) I said, “Watch this!”, and I pushed my point finger into the concrete wall, up to my knuckles. She didn’t seem very impressed with my superpowers, and then she proceeded to lift my shirt and grab onto my stomach with pliers and twist. I was thinking this is some kind of psycho chick! I couldn’t help noticing my stomach was glowing with white light (not sure why). I said to her, “I didn’t feel a thing.” This wasn’t true, because it sort of tickled, and I couldn’t stand the feeling. She was going to do it again, and I shouted, “Don’t!” She asked me why, and I replied, “I just don’t like it.” She said, “Okay.” Then another guy with wires, plugs, and bandages on his head walked up to us.

This guy looked really pale; he had black around his eyes, and was simply scary. There were copper wires coming out of his skull, connecting to a junction block with a multi-pin plug. I looked at him, pointed, and said, “Hey, you have wires connected to your brain and they go to a plug!” It was a very shocking site, like ‘The Borg’. He then pointed at my head and said, “You don’t have any wires coming out of your head. What’s going on?” I looked at the woman, who had been twisting my gut with pliers, and I said, “You know, there’s much more sophisticated ways of plugging into somebody’s brain using chips and Wi-Fi.” She then started to laugh at me (I wasn’t fooling her at all). I started laughing too, and then I woke up.

    15. Dragged Away by an Invisible Dream Figure - Jan 17, 2015

I entered this dream totally lucid after doing a WBTB (Wake Back to Bed). This lucid was very long, involved several scenes, and I travelled across the country. There were also a couple strange things that happened, both of which were new experiences. The dream started off in a small lottery ticket/smokes/video store.

A young man in his early 20’s was standing in front. He had short, dark hair, and a tattoo coming up the left side of his neck from under his T-shirt. First, I asked him his name, and he replied, but his name was a bit odd, so I asked him again, and he told me (I forgot his name by the time I journaled this). I then asked where he lives, and he said my city’s name! Finally, a dream figure that’s from my city! I was going to next ask his last name, but then an invisible dream figure grabbed onto me and pulled me backwards right through the store’s wall. There was somebody holding me around my stomach, from the back! I wasn’t struggling at, and I simply let the strange force take me. It was kind of nice having somebody else do all the work. I was going backwards down one of the main streets, I knew exactly where I was, and I recognized most of the buildings. We went faster and faster until everything was a blur, and then we ended up in a forested area. We had slowed down, but I was still facing backwards, and was beginning to wonder where we were. That’s when we approached a large mountain range.

I pointed to the top of a mountain, and I told the invisible dream figure, “Take me up there!” It was all snowy and looked very scenic. We went part way up the mountain, but then the dream figure seemed to run out of steam, and then we headed back down the mountain into a rocky valley. This time I was facing forward, which was nice for a change. We then came upon a rocky, barren area, and then the dream figure let go of me, and I was standing all alone in the middle of nowhere. Huge rocks started avalanching down the mountain towards me. I thought great, time for fun! I shot across the ground right at the avalanche and I let the rocks hit me. The bigger the better! I kept jumping in front to the biggest rocks, only to have them bounce off me. There this big rectangular rock sliding down the slope, about the size of a king size mattress, so I grabbed onto it with one hand and smashed it over my head. I’m not really too sure why I did that, but anyway, it was all fun. Then the invisible dream figure came back and grabbed me once again, and we flew further down the valley into a forested area.

I recognize this place! It’s Jasper! We flew right through the wall of a building, and then the invisible dream figure placed me in a stairwell with approximately 10 people. I had gone a long time without stabilizing, and my vision was starting to go black, so I started to swirl. I swirled and swirled, and then the clarity came back perfectly, except now I was standing outside the stairwell looking in at the group. There was no doorway, only windows, and I hadn’t considered trying to pass through the wall to rejoin the group. I watched the people walk up the stairs, and I simply floated upwards, outside the stairwell, in an effort to stay close to them. When we got to the top floor, there was only a metal screen along the ceiling separating us, so I passed right through it, and rejoined the group. We then proceeded to walk down the hallway of an elementary school.

There were young kids everywhere. As I walked past one class I heard somebody mention my daughter’s name, so I spun around and went into the classroom. I remembered my mantra during WBTB which was to visit with my daughter, and I thought maybe she was here. There were about 20 kids sitting on the floor, and a teacher was standing off to the side. I introduced myself to the kids and then I asked them who said my daughter’s name. I recognized one of the kids, so I asked him if he said my daughter’s name, and he replied, “No, I didn’t say her name?” Just then a little tiny dog ran into the classroom, and it was only about 4 inches long. It looked up at me and started to bark! I reached down and picked up the dog and said, “Well, hello there cute little doggy!” Suddenly all the kids around me started to disappear and fall to pieces. Now what's going on? The little dog in my hand started to morph into something different (like a little wiener with eyes). I found this all a bit too alarming and then I woke up. This dream was very cool and I enjoyed it immensely!
