The first foothold of Arch.

Created this account because I didn't like my last username, also I wanted a fresh start on here, and I want to charter my progress from the very beginning.
I have little experience of lucid dreaming, although I have read many guides and I am familiar of many techniques.
I will write my dreams and attempts here, although most will be fails I expect at the start, I think it will be usefull if I am successful to show people the progress of someone starting from the very beginning.

09/08/2011 - Tomorrow morning I'll be attempting a WILD WBTB, going to go to sleep at 12 and wake up at 6am. I did fail last night, although I am learning from every experience, so far I think the best way to achieve WILD is to chill out, not be excited, try to almost fall asleep yet remain aware.
