No recall today, but here's an old lucid!

I didn't recall any dreams this morning (still doing CAT), but here is a lucid dream I recorded on the 14th that I never posted here.

I'm in a place that looks like a small grocery store, almost like Molsberry's Market. I remember to do a nose pinch RC, and I can breathe through my pinched nose. I do it again to double check. I realize I am dreaming and I decide to walk around the store, but my sister is there and I feel she is following me. I try to utilize some dream control by saying to myself "I'm alone in this store". When I reach the exit, there is a cashier there, but he doesn't say anything. My sister hands me a shopping cart and leads me to a kind of stunt ramp situated on a road bridge (those elevated highways you sometimes see). Utilizing my dream control again, I float myself up to the ramp. I get butterflies in my stomach but I try to push them down by reminding myself that I'm dreaming. There are some people, mostly guys, doing flips and dangerous stunts on the ramp. One guy lands in the nearby lake/ocean with a broken bike. My cart has turned into a bike and, even though I still know I'm dreaming, do not want to take such a risk.

There is a slight improvement in dream control here (especially the floating part) but you see I have trouble controlling DCs (In childhood I had dreams where the DCs would scare me, either by popping in front of me suddenly, speaking loudly in gibberish, or I would get the eerie feeling I was being watched or followed.)

I get that feeling too whenever i'm doing something risky (except flying), I know that im dreaming and all, but I also know that pain still slightly exists in dreams. Here's some advice from me. Try not to think about pain, but the fact you can do just about any physical thing in dreams. It works! Try it!
