* I'm trying to sell a toy set for a fictional book, but the main character is missing.

* A giant worm is destroying an underground area in a place vaguely resembling Hogwarts.

* I seem to have travelled back to the early 1900s. I have repeated run-ins with two horses named "Neighborhood Horse 1" and "Neighborhood Horse 2". I am wearing a dress and seem to be much younger (about 10 or 11). Somehow, I am captured on video and spread all over YouTube, but the majority of people don't beleive what they're seeing.

* A news broadcast is remembering the five things they will miss at that station.

* I'm on a secret mission to find someone. An alarm goes off (not my wake up alarm). This scene repeats itself.

I call the sound hypnagogic because I was trying to sleep in. When I went downstairs to check, Mom didn't seem like she had called me. Also I am no longer in school and do not go to work so there is no reason she should have called me. It was clearly my name.

* I'm in what looks like a department store and I'm trying all the couches.

* I've written a story in Microsoft Word and I can't delete it.

* I am in my neighborhood. Apparently, I've travelled back to 1987. I am accompanied by a DC, and we go explore the end of the cul de sac. I apporach this grey house with a very steep driveway and a sign on the front door. The sign says that any person who wants to live in this house must eat dinner after dark.I try to read the rest but I get too dizzy. There are signs on other doors but we don't bother to read them because the driveways are too steep and one house requires you to climb a ladder before you can get in.

NOTE: I tried FILD and I saw a "dream jumble" (basically a bunch of dreamlets spinning like clothes in a clothes dryer).

This DJ entry was posted twice because I clicked "Save Draft" and ended up with a pesky pen and paper icon that I couldn't get rid of.

* I am sitting on my front stoop, playing with a basset hound, a jack russel, and two french bulldogs (puppy and adult). But after I fail to fix a fence that separates my neighbor's backyard from mine, I start to feel really guilty and contemplate running away. Later I end up in my neighborhood in my pajama pants, sliding around on my butt like a toboggan.

* I'm playing a videogame where Plankton (from Spongebob) is travelling to a metal island on which sits a metal fortress. When he arrives, he comes across a metal double door with blue electricity on it. Plankton says the door is "cold" and that he needs to get away from it. I get an eerie sense of an imminent explosion, which isn't helped by the eerie bass music in the background. I lead Plankton into the ocean. He drowns and loses a life. The scene starts over, only this time it's implied Plankton was captured by pirates. This time, after I lead Plankton a little bit away from the doors, I pause the game. Out of curiousity, I unpause the game for a short time. The game has turned into a let's play, but I still keep it paused.

Whew! Finally got to recalling my nighttime dreams after three days of nothing!

* A man and his kids are at this big indoor pool with many diving boards. The kids jump off the diving boards, then the dad. The dad nearly grazes the edge of the pool and creates some kind of fuzz that the kids think is gross. They are filming all this for a YouTube video titled "iPad Snow".

* There is a big parade in a large city. The parade is grayscale, but the balloons are in color. I see myself from a distance in third person view, sneaking onto one of the floats.

* Milhouse (from The Simpsons) is in my kitchen, washing out our cups.

* Tintin (from the Tintin Comics) has changed his dog Snowy into a larger, taller version.

First night of CAT, woke up in the night but I said to myself "Perservere!"

I am in the first week so I won't be getting any LDs for a bit, just resetting my circadian clock. I also had a slice of colby jack 30 mins before bed. This dream was recorded around 6:20 AM.

*Lilo and Stitch have traded species, with Stitch being a human and Lilo being an alien. Alien Lilo looks like a cross between the Thing and The Incredible Hulk.

I did an experiment the previous night where I ate a banana before going to bed.

* I am in what looks to be a rec center. There are two DC's (I'll call them DC X and DC Y). DC X is trying to print something on what looks like an old-fashioned printing press. I try to help and I try to stick brown strips of cellophane into the printing press. Eventually we manage to print a picture of a dog. DC Y is impressed. As DC X is preparing to print another picture of a dog (a papillion), DC Y takes me over to this area in front of a large flat-screen TV. The environmenr is now my parents' room. I tell DC Y about printers from my time.

* I'm preparing to go for a walk. I put on my red duffle coat which somehow seems heavier than normal. I go on a quest to find some man's childhood home. I walk around in this neighborhood full of tall white houses with green trim. Some are like condos, others are five stories high. Presently, I come to a private club, with a picnic area, a pool, and a grassy feild. Moving trucks roam the area freely. Night falls suddenly, and people are gathering on the grassy area to watch fireworks. I decide I don't want to deal with loud fireworks. Two girls are told they must stay off the grass as they are not members, but they can stay nearby because they are the family of one of the members. Someone finds out I'm not a member and I'm escorted to the picnic area. There is pizza shaped cake and a tall square cake. I steal a slice of square cake from a young boy and laugh to myself. (I am not this evil irl)

* I am in my den and I pick up Angel (shown in my profile pic). She wags her tail and gets super excited... then poops on my shirt. O.o. I put her down then look in Reader's Digest for how to remove dog poop from clothes.

I am finally back on Dreamviews to update my dream journal. I will be keeping this journal in sync with a private journal, that way I can get in an entry every day without having to worry about posting anything embarassing.

*I am on my driveway. Two people come up to me and start critising me about my shyness. I try to threaten them by asking them where in my neighborhood they live, then tell them to lay off the mean comments.

• A cartoon boy and his dad shrink down very small and the dad is looking for the TV remote, all while blaming everything on his son.

• The parents of the same cartoon boy are vacationing in the jungle. A huge green boa constrictor wraps itself around them. The mom screams.

* I am watching a videogame ad that seems to be from the 80s, as it seems to treat home gaming like something cool and new

* I go to the bathroom while trying to remember my dream.

I'm looking at my old toys in our closet. There are a lot of large fabric or felt books that are classified as history books. Two go from the 1860s to 2005, and another goes from 1995 to 2002. I also find two baby bibs in a cardboard box. I try one on, but it's too small, of course.

Later, I'm veiwing myself as I was at age four or five. My sister looks about two and a half years old. We're carrying animal toys that make sounds if you squeeze their heads. Also, we're in a grocery store. Every time my parents want to demonstrate the toy, they use my sister's. My sister has a puppy toy, and I have a monkey toy. When my younger self reaches the bakery aisle, my mom and I end up "in" the "flashback", and I tell her "When you want to demonstrate a toy, use both of ours, please."

Time travel is a recurring theme in my dreams. Also, none of the books, the bibs, or toys are real. My sister and I never owned toys like that. And I never made any felt or fabric history books. Also, nothing in the flashback actually happened. My parents never filmed home movies in stores. The only thing that was realistic was when I talked to my mom in the "past", and my younger self didn't look at me for one second. That's because you can't change the past.

My mom and I are under the dinner table, and there is a wading pool that comes up to my thighs. Further "underground", there is another pool, only this one is deeper. My mom is trying to coax me into going into the deeper one, but I'm too afraid. I breifly recall another dream that was similar to this, but I don't go fully lucid.


This is an example of a dream that is somewhat common for me: remembering dreams that never were. I will be in a dream, and then I'll be like "Hey! I remember this!" despite the fact that this is the first I've ever dreamed of it.

I didn't see this dream, but I heard some dialogue. Apparently someone was apologizing because either I or they were being slow.

First, I am walking down a narrow alley near my school with my sister. We walk past a gray pitbull with white patches. The pitbull is laying in the gutter looking very content. When we walk by it stands up and starts trotting after us. When I reach a section of the narrow path that requires going past a long haired collie in a dog crate, the pitbull manages to get my leg in it's mouth. (I am wearing jeans and sneakers, btw). The pitbull is not aggressive, and does not bite hard, but my mom and sister are still worried. I try to tell them the dog is trained to do this (IDK why though)


The dream skips, and now a few of the ponies from Friendship is Magic are walking along a path trying to avoid something. Later, they're all in bed, but the thing they're trying to avoid is still there. They all sing "Hush Now, Quiet Now" to try to scare it away. The singing order, I believe, goes Apple Bloom, Applejack, and Sweetie Belle. Rainbow Dash is also there but she doesn't talk or sing.

I believe this part of the dream actually comes before the My Little Pony dream, but I'm not sure. I am playing a video game and I am on the last mission where I have to get the main character (who looks like Ness from Earthbound, only taller) to a time machine within a time limit. I have to run through what looks like an office and jump over obstacles. The time machine looks like a small TV or computer monitor with blue static.

Lastly, I am bowling and using the gutter guards. A boy in the alley is taking interest in some wierd things about me. I grab a peice of buffalo fried chicken and eat it while bowling.

I'm at my elementary school, where odd trees have popped up. They have fat, striped trunks, and instead of leaves, there are white and pink blossoms. People are saying that these treess have magical properties. A DC and I are having a competition on the Kindergarten playground's slides.

The dream skips and I am in a strange, dark world, with a green plastic camcorder. It resembles a late 1990s camcorder, and if you open up a plastic cap on the side, you can watch TV in a tiny circle. Rugrats: All Grown Up! is playing, and the quality is extremely poor.

The dream skips again, and this time the DC and I are in a weird world that looks like a casino/boardgame paradise. There are numbers, colored squares, and giant dice. The DC and I keep sliding around, and we eventually come to a stop. I pick up a giant dice and place it on some numbered tiles. But then I start sliding on a jagged peice of flooring (not sharp, but like little mountains). The DC and I decide that we must find a portal to escape.

Another part of the dream appears to take place on a public beach, but that part is fragmented.
