Unsummonable Dream Figure?

I'm on a flat rooftop in a downtown area. I see two dream figures on other rooftops. One is Keanu Reeves, dressed as Neo from the Matrix. Or maybe it is Neo, not Keanu? The other is Alec Baldwin. He's wearing a dark suit, but it's not as futuristic or intimidating as Neo's trench coat. I chose to head towards Alec. As I'm talking with him, I realize this is a dream. I tell him, "This is a dream!" as I hug him. We start to float away. He seems a bit surprised but giddy. Then I realize that in a lucid dream I can do what I want to do. I set Alec down and fly off towards a small wooded area.
I recalled reading that I could spin and make a dream figure that I want to see appear. I say aloud, "When I turn around, xxxx will be here." I spin and marvel at how the landscape is changing as I turn. The imagery spinning past me is sort of pix-elated, like it is is forming before my eyes. Alas, when I stop spinning he is not there. I am very upset that this did not work.
I feel the dream starting to pull away, like I might wake up. I remember that staring at my hands will stabilize the dream. I look at the palms of my hands. Surprisingly, there are a few small cuts on my hands and as I keep staring at them, more cuts appear. I find that odd and a little disturbing so I stop looking at my hands. I am convinced that the dream is stable though.
I say aloud, "xxxx will be here soon." He does not appear. In the distance I see a house with a few trees around it and a small ravine behind it. I say, "His house is down in that ravine." I start walking towards the area, hoping to see his house once I have gotten to the edge of the drop off. It is not there. I'm very confused.
