So I may have accidentally altered my perception of time when I am awake to be the same as the perception of time that you have when you are lucid. Long story short days are going by like minutes. Anyone know how to fix this?

Is it like when your on the computer for a long time and it feels like time goes by quickly? Try looking at the time more often or go outside and do something. I never really focused on the time much but I guess time goes fast for me when I'm doing art, playing video games or on the computer. This also reminds me of how if you were stranded in Antarctica without a clock it would feel the same as time going real fast because the amount of time the sun is out.

      Try Meditation.

It matters not what I am doing. With this specific feeling I believe meditation might only make the situation worse. It tends to make me less down to earth and more in this dream like state.

Maybe your over thinking it.I don't know how that is possible. I guess I'm no help. I know that I have felt the out of touch with reality feeling before when I was depressed and had anxiety. But i did not feel time going faster than it is. Hmm....I've heard that people with tupla feel that they can use them to change their perception of time. Maybe try asking on the tulpa website. Does it feel the same if you stare at the clock and observe the time for a minute or two? Perhaps you need to believe more that you are in the right time and that you can stop that feeling that time is going faster than its supposed to be.Maybe your too focused on the time is going faster. That's why I said to observe the clock because it could be that you thought about it so much that your seeing things that way. Like with anxiety, if you think so much about it sometimes you can have the feeling something bad is happening to you but your fine. Are you o,k now though? Also, you exaggerated with the days like minutes right? That'd be extreme.Obviously it was. ^^" Another thing, maybe try convincing yourself your not imagining things like in the dream but that your really awake.

Really?! thats pretty cool, but I can see you arent enjoying it. Next time you become Lucid, change your perception of time. If you made it like that from the dream world, you can fix it from there as well.

I have been using tulpas for a couple years now. I normally use them to test what I can find in my own head and think for me while I do day to day tasks. I think I just accidentally altered my perception of time to better suit them for how fast they work accidentally.
