Non-Lucid, Awake, or Thoughts Lucid

This dream was pretty weird. At least at the start it was. Some background first...My old middle school math and science teacher told us about lucid dreaming one day. He actually just told us about (SILD? I think, not sure) if you can look at your hands during a dream, then you can control it (not quite, but close enough ). He told us that some people played the same song throughout the entire day, and at a certain time in the song, looked at their hands. Then, they would go to sleep with the music, and when they heard it in their dream, remember to look at their hands. I just thought this was funny because as you'll see, in this dream, he was teaching me how to WILD.

I don't know if I was actually in a dream at this point, or what was going on, but something was happening . I remember my teacher telling me about WILDing. I don't remember what he was saying, and I don't really remember if I could see anything. Then, I felt some stuff that felt like what I had read about people feeling during WILD here, and suddenly was in a room, with my teacher in front of me. It was like I had actually did a WILD because at this point, I suddenly became lucid. I didn't need to RC or anything, I just knew I was dreaming.

We were floating in the air. Suddenly, he smiled at me, and then we started doing flips and stuff, and floating higher. It was the first time I had actually experienced zero gravity in a dream, which was a goal of mine. We floated around for a bit. Then, I remembered to do ToTM, and turned and flew out the door. Outside, I could see a city fairly close by, and a lot of people. I flew towards it, but I don't remember what happened after that.

I was facepalming in the morning because I didn't even think about doing ToTM with my teacher. I just decided to fly away. Hehe xD. Overall, this dream was fairly vivid and I was pretty aware. It felt much more real than my past LDs, and I had better control.
