I got this app last night, and used it. I'm decently experienced and comfortable going lucid. My experience last night 2xlucid dreams (2-5mins short), It was more of a CAN-WILD type lucid. The actual voice woke me up, and startled me. I turned it down some and the next time i heard it, it woke me up as well. I didnt open my eyes, remained still and fell directly into a dream and was lucid. However, this was interrupted shortly after because the voice once again woke me up. I stayed still and went lucid again. I was woken up shortly after it started and couldnt fall back asleep before the notifications so i turned it off. I had it set to 40 voices, this was waaaaaaaaaay to much. I might just use this as a can-wild aid and try to have the voices more spread apart.
Lucid spike experiment looks promising. I learned that the spike at original volume just before REM period (0-19mins) wakes me up in a relaxed state. Feels like im almost asleep but im fully aware of my surroundings. I have also learned when entering my REM period(20-35min) the spikes original volume is too low and i end up sleeping right through it. I will have to go in to my recording software and tweak vol settings to figure out a level that can either wake my mind up or my physical body. End of Report
