    1. November 11 - Giant Indoor Obstacle Course

      by , 11-11-2010 at 04:39 PM
I'm not quite sure how to explain the interior of this dream. It looks like a giant foyer or boiler perhaps where all the floors are that material where you can see down to the floor below you. In the middle of this wide expanse is a big hole where a set of spiraling stairs goes down an uncountable number of floors. It's very dark inside, but somehow I can still see everything that goes on. People are pressed against the walls along all the walls on every floor, as this seems to be a series of races. I'm actually involved in the first race around.

When we start, you're not allowed to stand up and run. Most of the races consists of you trying to crawl at a fast pace to every stage on your knees. I'm allowed to stand to run down the stairs to the next level, but I'm required to crawl to the next actual stage. At this point I seem to be very far ahead of everyone else. Once I reach the first stage, I stand up and have to do some tasks. I don't remember what it is other than it had something to do with archery. I continue on the course, but cannot recall what all stages I have stopped at or having gone down all the rest of the stairwells. The next thing I remember is passing the finish line, somehow on the top floor once more and I'm not at all our of breath.

My prize turns out to be a HD T.V. of some sort. I instantly turn in my dream and go to hand my prize to some little boy's father. He tries to reject the gift, but I insist that he takes it anyways, so he does. I then return to sit with my family to watch more of the races. I hear names of people I recognize being whispered, and I actually see one of my friends tumble off the side of the top floor of the foyer. I can actually perfectly see her crash several floors down, but she just gets up like she never actually fell. The races continue on, but I wake up just as a group of contestants make it down the first flight of stairs.
    2. November 10 - Snowy Caves

      by , 11-11-2010 at 02:54 AM
The dream starts off with me and one of my friends sitting on the ground outside of a school I don't recognize. However, it's a relatively small school and I do recognize that's it's not one that I've ever seen before. While we sit outside in the grass in silence, my mother suddenly appears and tells me to go pull up the car for her. I'm upset with her for a while because I was quite enjoying the aspect of remaining lazy, but my friend offers to go with me and so we go.

I don't actually remember walking through the school, but we are soon exiting into the other side, which seems to be sort of like the interior part of the grounds. Although I don't recall it having snowed in my dream, this whole area is covered in it. However, this is not where the car seems to be parked. To get to the car, we are required to go through these series of mazes within a cave. Before we go through the mouth of the beginning of this cave, a guy about my age appears and offers my friend and I a jacket if we allow him to accompany us. Seeing no harm in the matter, we allow him to do so. We put the coats on, and even though I had not noticed a temperature before, we seem to be much warmer with the newly added garments.

It seems to take us a while to get through the caves, although we never seem to get lost. Finally we come across my mom's car sitting alone inside a wide open area of the cave. Strangely enough, the guy who traversed with us suddenly attacks us. As we fight with him I ask him why he was doing so, but I can't recall the answer he gave me. My friend helps me to overpower this guy, and we quickly jump int car and drive off. As soon as we return into the maze of caves to make our way to the outside, I instantly am pulled from my dream and I'm awake.
    3. November 1- Death and a funeral.

      by , 11-01-2010 at 11:49 AM
This dream starts off with one of my nephews having passed away. When it starts, I am with his mother and my mother at his grave and we are highly upset. Everything we placed on the grave had been moved around the grave so that it no longer looked organized, and someone had dug up his coffin. While it looked like nothing had been stolen off him or out of the coffin itself, they had altered the way he was lying inside of it so that his body was in odd shapes and angles. While we try to figure out who would have done such a thing, we all move to fix him, re-bury his coffin, and organize all his gifts on his grave once more.

Strangely enough, the scene changes to where and when we are having the funeral. The place it's held in seems to be of castle-like qualities based on the interior. The rooms are vast and the funeral homes have decorated every single wall with quotes from our's and his past, and pictures. One in particular catches my attention, though I cannot remember what exactly was on it. Eventually we all proceed to what seems to be an altar-like area for the ending ceremonies. The pastor talks and once he's done, all of the immediate family including me partner up with someone else in the room. Once we have done so, we mount horses and ride off towards the distance, as the castle is all of a sudden gone. The farther we leave from where the castle had been, the more I become awake until I am completely pulled from sleep.
    4. October 31- It's My Bed!

      by , 10-31-2010 at 05:14 PM
The dream starts off with me leaving what seems to be like my dorm room. Even though there are two sets of bunk beds, only the bottom bed of one of them seems to be occupied. This one seems to be mine since I recognize my stuff near it and on it. I leave the room for a while and my dream either time skips or I can't remember this part, but then I'm suddenly walking back into my room. There's some girl I don't know lying on my bed and another girl on the bed above her, and all my stuff is thrown randomly on the other side of the room.

I quickly get angry with this girl on my bed and ask her what she thinks she's doing, that that was MY bed. We easily get in an argument over the situation as I start looking for my stuff. I'm furious at this point, because I can't find anything of mine including my cellphone and my iPod. Then I notice that even all the drawers of my dresser are pulled out and that this girl is wearing one of my shirts, so we begin arguing over that as well. Frustrated and not knowing what else to do, I leave the room to go find some management because I don't feel like I was supposed to be sharing my room in the first place. I find administration, and they tell me that my stuff was never on that bed and that I should stop being so worked up over it. After this, I wake up from my dream.

    5. October 28- Dinner with a show, plus a new encounter?

      by , 10-28-2010 at 11:59 AM
So when I first remember starting in my dream I'm sitting with part of my family and a couple of my friends, only one of whom I can actually recognize. We're in what seems like a very large cafeteria area that is open to the sky above us. Suddenly, lots of food appears on the table in front of us, but I'm not sure what all of it is, but I eat nonetheless. While we eat, performers come and go to what seems like a stage at the front of the cafeteria-area. Depending on what they do, their props seem to magically appear onto the stage. I'm amazed by it all and laugh along with my friends about all the tricks we're getting to see.

Near the end of the show, the only one of my friends that I recognize decides she wants dessert. It's no big deal to me at first. I quickly become agitated as she begins randomly yelling out to waiters to bring her something. My frustration with my friend increases when she begins trying to claim other people's desserts because no one will bring her one. Angry at her behavior, I leave the table to go outside and wait for everyone else to finish. It doesn't seem to take them long before my friends come out first and begin walking in one direction, and then my family come out and walk in another. Not sure which to follow, I begin tagging along with my parents only to find out that wasn't the way we needed to go. They just wanted to go to the car first before we walked home. I feel like something is up at this point, because it itched at my mind to ask them, "Why don't we just drive the car home, then?" However, I don't ask the question, they get what they need, and we begin what my mom tells me is a 25 miles trek in one direction.

Suddenly my dream shifts to a completely different scene from the one we were previously at. This time I don't seem to be myself, but rather a sort of 3rd-person view over the situation. This guy seems to be a sort of victim and is being escorted to a seating area by two other men. The guy, who we'll call Victim, looks relatively all right other than it looking like he has a sort of broken nose. When Victim enters the clearing with the two men, a rather large woman is already sitting in a chair. Before Victim even has a chance to sit down, she gets up and apologizes constantly about having punched him in the face. She claims she got excited in the moment and meant nothing towards him. Before anything else can be said, I wake up from the sound of my alarm clock going off.
