Was gaming with a friend all night so went to bed 05:25 the next day! So no good sleep for me and no dream recall what so ever... I am going to game this night as well so I will probably not remember a thing tomorrow either, oh it's late I mean today... :cheeky:

[COLOR="royalblue"]This night I went to bed around 22:15, but I remember that I had really much trouble falling asleep, but I didn't care I just kept daydreaming of something until I finally fell asleep.

I had some dream of me and my friend Axel grabbing bags of money in a different time, I even looked at the coins in detail, the highest number on the coins was 1000 but I can't remember what currency it was, probably not anything known.
We went to my real house and we had some girls with us.

For some reason the Iphone I had on my desk started spotify automatically while we was trying to get to sleep.
So I got up and wondered what was going on. I tried to light my desktop lamp but it didn't worked. It did light up, but it shut off immediately. I thought that I might be dreaming, so I tried to look at my hands, but it was too dark for me to see them, so I went to another light switch, but it didn't worked either. I went to the bathroom and that light did work, so now i could finally look at my hands. I noticed that my middle finger was super short [/COLOR][COLOR="blue"]So I was now aware that I was dreaming. I accidentally thought about my physical body, but I did not wake up.
I looked at my hands again as a starting point item, and then I gazed at three other objects while returning back to my hands: the toilet seat, a locker and the bathroom floor and then back to my hands again. [/COLOR]

[COLOR="royalblue"]Then everything faded black... I tried to look at my hands again, but I wasn't dreaming anymore. I heard my mom doing noises with my physical ears as she prepared to get to work. But I thought to myself
"What ever I am going to chain the dream. Nothing happened... So I went downstairs and it was still dark so I was a little scared. I met my dad in the hall and he said that he had heard me talk in my sleep and then go to the bathroom.
I was like :shock: "You can't have I was lucid dreaming" I said. "Yeah but I heard you say "Yes it's working"".
And I said "But it doesn't make sense, because I was dreaming that and you can possibly have heard that unless...
I looked at my hands [/COLOR] [COLOR="blue"]"LOL! I am still dreaming!".
I looked out the kitchen window and saw that it was snowing a lot. I imagined a red scarf in the bureau and it appeared. So I put it on prepared to get out, but then I heard physical noises again. My dad slammed down the toilet seat... :roll:
I woke up and I looked at my hands and I saw that I was awake. The time was now 06:48.

[COLOR="royalblue"]I don't remember much dreams, I do remember that I kept waking up because I was very uncomfortable, it was very hot... The only dreams I remember are from the late morning.

I was inside my room and saw a huge white flare outside my window, I went down my kitchen and talked to my mom for a bit and then went to my room again. I got to the computer and I remember that I thought to myself even though I wasn't aware "Ok I am in a vivid daydream and I am going to imagine typing and see how it feels". I dreamed that I was DEILDING without being aware o. O I imagined that I typed something in google and my dreaming me was amazed of how real it felt. But the two girls appeared behind me, I turned around and the girls started to kiss each other!

Then I woke up... At least I thought I woke up. I noticed that my awareness was different and[/COLOR]
[COLOR="blue"]I realized that I was dreaming I gazed at my pillow, but then remembered that my plan was to look at my hands, they looked fairly normal, but it was a dark room so I could not see them completely.
Then I gazed at the hands and switched to the pillow, but then it was like everything faded dark and I then woke up for real. When I fell asleep I had some dream where I walked around with my friend in a mall, I have more details but it was such a boring dream that I don't feel that I want to write it down.[/COLOR]

So I have now successfully arrived at the first gate with the help of my intention. In my upcoming dreams I am going to find the hands again and then practice gazing on dream objects.

I am going to pretend that Don Juan is my mentor and use his comments from the book to help me progress.

I can almost look steadily at the items of my dreams but they dissipate too quickly...

Finally back home to my own bed, although I went to bed very late because I watched the Olympics opening ceremony.
And because of that I didn't remember much at all.

[COLOR="royalblue"]I was playing Counter-Strike in my dream again, and I was discussing the Olympic games with my friend Johan. And then I was playing ping pong with some girl.[/COLOR]

I have read Carlos Castaneda's book "The Art of Dreaming" for the fifth time (not exaggerating!), it such a good book because it describe how dreaming works, well more how the advanced dreaming works. Some people would call it astral projection, but I am going to call it dreaming because that is what is is, it's just that the moderns western minded man have reduced the true meaning of dreaming, at least that's what the sorcer and nagual Don Juan Matus say in the book.

Don Juan's apprentice is very skeptical to the spiritual meaning of dreams and I have the same character. Although since I started dreaming my view of reality have changed drastically. But I still have some trouble in believing that it's the truth.

Therefore I am going to start my own journey in dreaming.

I was actually hesitating in seeking out these entities described in the book, because they are very dangerous, but I've been told by my guide Iapetos that he will protect me, but I will still be careful.

It might be silly to read this if your not spiritual, but I am not a believer nor skeptical I am open for any possibility and therefore I also have to be careful, before it's too late.

If my experience verify Don Juan's theories I will make my own summary of how I reached and crossed all the gates of dreaming, although that is a very high goal. But I hope I and you will learn from his teachings and my experiences to come.

If you have read the book and believe in his theory you can use these techniques in order to be prepared for what is waiting in the world of dreaming. If you don't believe it you can still use the techniques for your benefit.

The first obstacle or "gate" we have to reach and cross is the First Gate of dreaming. (The stabilization of the dreaming body). It's reached when one perceive his hands in a dream, solved when one is able to shift the focus of one's hands to another dream object and return it to the hands, all repeated a few times.

Thursday - 2012-07-27

[COLOR="royalblue"]I dreamt that I were in some politic gathering and listening to a man talking. It was boring and he didn't say anything interesting. But then the chairman was giving the word to another politician and the man says "How dare you interrupt me, I am the autocratic ruler." All people started to laugh and say "Haha not yet your not haha!".
I got a feeling that he had more tricks up his sleeve and something was not right here...
In this dream I had supernatural powers so I flew up into the sky and examined the building I had been in, and I see a giant bomb on the roof. Then I woke up 02:16

In the next dream I was at some theater and some girl approached me and said that she liked the new me. I looked on her surprised. The another girl also approached me and said the same thing, and I thought "What the h*ll is happening?". Then my memory went blank and the next second I was falling down a building and landed on a red buss with no pain. [/COLOR]
[COLOR="blue"]I was more aware and I remember my plan of action, to glance at items of my dreams, although I forgot to look at my hands. I gazed and touched a green street lamp, some leaves on the ground and some grass.
The thought of seeing Iapetos in order to help me crossed my mind, but I changed my mind and wanted to meet the dangerous entity "dreaming emessary". According to Don Juan it can not lie although it try to bribe you in order to follow it to it's world and then trick you to stay there forever... But it is the guide that will help you cross the second gate.

I woke up and fell back to sleep.[/COLOR]

[COLOR="royalblue"]I saw a huge vortex and I dreamt that I had powers in the water like a water god. I remember seeing huge blue wires with matrix coded symbols on it attaching my back.

Then I had a really long dream of me being Batman haha, I fought hundreds of Chinese men with guns and I barely survived. So it was an epic battle and a cool dream. [/COLOR]

If Don Juan had commented on my experience he would say: "I think you went a bit too far, all that was required was your awareness of your hands. What you have done is equivalent to bringing a wall down just to squash a mosquito sitting on it."

So now my goal is to just look at my hands :roll:

This night I didn't performed my usual procedure of Monroe Gateway Experience "ritual" and I don't know if it was because of that, but I wasn't as aware of my dreams as I usually am this night.

First of all I had a dream of me dating an old girl friend. I even thought "She's the only one I need" inside the dream.

Then I had some weird and computer game mish mash playing in my head. A commercial I think.

Then I were at a party playing Tenacious D - F*ck her gently on the guitar.

I followed some guy down a cellar that was adorned with illuminati symbols and he told me he was going to tell me all the worlds secrets, but my friend interrupted us and got angry at me and actually killed me. :shock:

Then I had some dream about hot prison girls in orange clothes dancing and singing " The Pussycat dolls - Don't cha" :shadewink:

Then I woke up 09:30. [/COLOR]

[COLOR="royalblue"]I have started to have dreams where I dream that I have some sort of dream control, which is good because it is easier to realize that it's a dream.

I have some fragments of making out with some woman and then driving after have been drinking alcohol.
The driving felt very vivid and I even remember using the shift in the car. Although it was hard to control the car and I actually did a front flip with the whole car. And the car changed shape into a bicycle without me getting lucid or even care.

I have some fragment of sushi and breakfast and me being on my first school playing tag with some friends.

Then I woke up from my dad's incredibly loud snoring and fell back to sleep.

I were on a bus and it was dark outside, I looked out through a window and I saw a parade of good looking women walking, wearing a black jacket that revealed a cleavage :shadewink: and my dreaming mind couldn't resist getting out to them...

I went out and met two models that walked towards me and started to make out with me. When I fell to the ground and waited for the girls to ehumm.. "Roch the casbah" :roll: One of the girls said "Not here, follow us to that house over there". She pointed to an old building.[/COLOR] [COLOR="blue"]The excitement or the very fact that I was going to have a threesome with two models got me aware of that I was dreaming :( I thought to myself immediately "Wait my plan of action!"
I looked at the ground, a wall and one of the girls breasts...lol.

But as I did this something strange happened. Everything freeze and and the girls stopped moving like somebody had flicked the off switch on them like robots. They just stood there without saying a word.
My dreaming attention wasn't fully stable, but it doesn't matter I couldn't resist following them anyway.

Nothing happened though, the dream changed a bit and we were in a completely different location and I was not getting laid in this dream. I remember thinking that one of the girls looked like a mix of Xena the warrior princess and Megan Fox.
I lost my lucidity [/COLOR][COLOR="royalblue"]and I grabbed some magazine with two different headlines.
One said "Different Angle From a Girls Kiss" and there were pictures of girls kissing each other, and then on the other page there was ehum.. a boy's version, so I closed it immediately.

Then I woke up and waited as I watched the black surface of my eyelids. nothing happened...
I started to daydream a bit and a dream formed almost immediately. [/COLOR]

[COLOR="blue"]My plan of action now was to meet my guide Iapetos so I yelled "Iapetos I want to meet you!".
As soon as I stated those words a back of a black haired woman appeared in the room I was standing in. I heard footsteps behind me so I turned around and saw a guy looking like someone I had talked with the day before in the physical life. So I said "So you are Iapetos?" and he answered "I used to be a classic god with tiny letters".

I was like o. O then I woke up 07:44[/COLOR]

[COLOR="royalblue"]I don't remember much from this night, might have to do with the trouble of falling asleep due to the noises outside the house, because of that I were very lazy and didn't wrote down all dream fragments.

I were in China and I was wanted by the military and police and I were in that mess together with my friends Andriano and Felix. They chased us with cross bikes.

In the next scene I was playing Crysis and Coutner-Strike on the Ps3 with my friend David and Johan.

In the last dream I was looking for someone to fix my computer, and I was in an unfamiliar house so I had to go from room to room.

Then I woke up 09:38 [/COLOR]

[COLOR="royalblue"]I was practicing car driving, but it didn't went well I remember almost crashing the car, then I woke up.

I have some dream fragments of the Swedish show "Hipp hipp" and a bus can't remember what I dreamt though.

Then I were at some party and a guy gave me cigarettes and a joint of something he called "Jordbakir" :?
It was a big house and for some reason filled with hot girls, although they were not interested in me :(
I got a bit more aware and I levitated and[/COLOR][COLOR="blue"]got aware of that I was dreaming.
For some reason unknown to me I yelled that I wanted to meet a guy named Walton.
Nothing happened though but I did follow my plan of action to glance at three objects in the dream.

[COLOR="royalblue"]After this action I had three false awakenings...

Then I had a very long dream of me being a skateboard logo designer.

When the scene changed I was in a school talking to my old teacher Björn. When we went to a store and I remember seeing a weird paper called "Korean dreams" I think it was an adult magazine. :roll:
I then dreamt that I was lucid and I tried to convince my friend that they were dreaming.

"You can do anything, you can fly, meet Jessica Alba, anything!"

"It's not for us" they said. [/COLOR]

[COLOR="blue"]Then I got lucid for real and followed my plan of action to glance at objects again, I even thought about my physical body and I didn't woke up! I had the feeling of soon losing my lucidity so I entertained myself by doing advanced acrobatics as a triple front flip and stuff like that. Then I woke up 08:07 [/COLOR]

[COLOR="royalblue"]I went to bed 22:00 now in another house, so I wondered how it was going to be sleeping in this bed.

I was playing Counter-Strike and I remember a fragment of a guinea-pig and cat.
I played against my friend Simon and I won.

The dream scenery changed and I remember a strange dream where I was angry at my friend Philip because he wanted my brain :shock: All this happened in the Counter-Strike game on the nuke map (for those who play cs). And it was strange and matrix like experience, because I hear the operator say that someone is hacking my account and thereby my conscious.

The map changed to de_train, then I woke up.

I were in a school talking to my old teacher Eva, although I was annoyed of her so I got a little rebelling and used powers and scared the crap out of her. My classmates noticed my powers and when I got out of the classroom some of them followed me since they were interested in my powers.

I did a back flip from a tree and when I landed, some friend asked worried "Are you ok?!". I said "I'm fine".
I talked a bit with my friend Andriano but suddenly Stephen Hawking approached me, he was standing on two legs and talked!

I woke up 09:45 and my parents told me that they had heard me talk in my sleep saying "I'm fine". [/COLOR]

I went to bed 22:48 and I lay on my side. I started my Gateway Experience Preparatory process in other words daydreamed as the same time as I did my exercises. I remember that I reached the wandering mind state and that I woke up from time to time in a groggy state and I looked at my hand.
On one of these awakenings I noticed that my thoughts felt more vivid and that my wandering mind become vivid visualizations or daydreams.
The last thing I remember was that I imagined grabbing paper you use after washing your hands on a pupblic WC, because it was easy to visualize and imagine the feeling of. Suddenly I realized that I really could feel it and that I was standing in the room I had visualized!
I had some inner voice, sounding different than my own saying "You can do anything you desire now".
Then I thought that I wanted to summon a person, I imagined my friend Martin and his girlfriend Sara.
But no one appeared...
I decided that i wanted to get out of this WC and get out on the street, and when I approached the exit which consisted of one double door, I see thirteen people's faces staring at me with a creepy stare. I recognize every face they are all people from my old class and I amazed of the accuracy of the details. I get out of the WC and try to start a conversation with them, but they don't answer, instead they start walking away from me and I follow them to see where they were going.
They took me to some kind of party with more familiar faces. I lost my awareness a little bit and then I start to talk to some people at the party, among those was my best friend David. Here I lost my lucidity, and I got worried that I wasn't asleep at all, because it felt so real.

I wake up and kept my eyes shut and remained still, but nothing happened so I got out of bed and recorded the dream.

[COLOR="royalblue"]When I fell asleep again I dreamed that I was on some concert and on the stage. My friend Axel gave me a microphone and said "It's not on just pretend to sing and we can watch the whole concert for free!".
I then saw that it was an Adele concert.

The dream changed and Adele was my teacher :shock: All people from the crowd was given a bag of candy and then a school test. It had weird questions as "Describe your friend David with on word" and for some reason I thought that was a hard question so I had much trouble with the test..[/COLOR]

When I woke up the time was 04:24

I am going to start write down my dreams again, because it's fun to keep them for later and I might learn something.
And hopefully it improves my chances for lucidity as well. I started this night, although I am going on vacation for a week, so I will not be able to write those dreams here until I come back home.

[COLOR="royalblue"]I remember that the first dream was about gaming. I was playing the Hde and Seek mod on Counter-Strike with my friend Eric. When the dream scenario changed I was at a train station eating lunch with an old friend. I told her that I had to go soon and that I didn't had much time for lunch, she then said that she could feed me. So she took a shrimp in her hand and put it in my mouth in a seducing way. "I.. I guess I can stay for a little bit longer.." I said.
Then I did the same to her, but then I woke up.

When I fell back to sleep I was in some kind of store, but it changed into a party that was outside. I wanted to do some front flip to impress the people, so I took pace and jumped up in the air, although it was hard to control so I failed. They laughed and said "Try again tiger". They wanted a show, so I gave them one.. I took pace again and managed to do a double front flip! The people went wild and I talked to two girls who seemed very interested in me all of the sudden.
One of the girls told me to kiss her, I was going to start make out with her, but she stopped me and said "No. just kissing". Surprised of that reaction I started to give her small kisses on the cheek and neck. She blushed.

While kissing her I hear a swoosh noise over me, I look up and see a bunch of red dots in the night sky.
I told the girl "Is my eyes doing squiggly lines or is that a pack of UFOS!?" She looked up and started to scream.
I yelled to some other guys that we needed to document this! And we see a flying saucer over our heads about to crash on the grass close to us. I grabbed my Iphone and slowly approached the crashed saucer and tried to take a photograph, but the camera didn't seemed to work.. We then see dark green robot reptilian looking creatures getting out of the saucer. I am super scared and wonder if they are going to hurt me. I think to myself "Man I need to show this to Dan and Tony". So I make a new attempt with my Iphone and this time I managed to film the craft. One of the aliens turns around and look at me and my Iphone. I throw myself to the ground for some reason, the alien approach me and I think to myself "This is the end..". But it doesn't hurt me, instead he throw a small pocket book in front of me and some small transparent ball with a bright yellow light inside of it. I look at the book and read a name (can't remember it now!!!....) but I remember that it was some American man on it.

Some children are coming in our direction and for some reason I was afraid that they would see the craft and tell someone. But when they approach it, it splits itself into two pieces and those transform in a turtle and a deer and the alien were gone.

I get out of bed and go into the bathroom. I open my mouth because it felt weird. When I open it I see that I have some white plastic stuck inside my mouth, it looked like a balloon without air. And I grab it and take it out, although there is more and it never seem to be an end to it. When I finally manage to get rid of the white plastics I see that there are three beer cans attached to my the top of my mouth (I have no idea how to explain it, and why I didn't become lucid).
This was the weirdest false awakening I have had...

Then I woke up for real 11:45[/COLOR]

The spirits who watch over us rose from deep within the void and darkness and created the sky and the sea and the land

The immortals, the resurrected, their spirits remain on this plane.
They live in both worlds the dreamtime and our time. That's That's why they are sacred.

They consume us to become one with us. For they are the bridge between the two worlds...[/B][/I]

I have done more attempts of falling asleep consciously in the beginning of my sleep for some nights now.
And I noticed that my dreams were much more vivid and also that I woke up after each one of them.
In each dream I dreamed about three different dream scenarios before waking up and usually I would count that as 3 dreams recalled. And I woke up at perfectly timed dream cycles.

I went to bed 11.36 and I woke up from my vivid dream 02: 06. I was surprised of how engaged and active I was in the dream but still so unaware of who I really was. And also surprised that I didn't become lucid.

I had about four micro awakenings which in total equals 3x 4 dreams = 12 dreams scenarios recalled NEW RECORD!

12 dreams no lucidity. Hmmm...

It is annoying to wake up all the time so now I am going to try to chain the dream on those awakenings instead and get lucid.

I think I fell asleep, because I set the time on my fan to stop after about an hour and I never heard it stop, although I probably lay there for about 40 minutes before falling asleep.

I did a very late attempt the time was 02:36 when I started. After that I had very vivid dreams.

[COLOR="royalblue"]I am in some strange house with many people, but then I see that it's filled with computers and guys, and a few girls actually. I remember seeing some familiar faces and talking a to them for a bit. I also remember watching a youtube video with me in it that I re watched two times because i also showed it to my friend, the video was about 8 minutes long, at least it said so on the screen.

I went out of the house to get some fresh air, and for some reason I went into another house. I tripped on the treshold into that house and for some reason I got more aware. [/COLOR][COLOR="blue"]I felt the rug with my hands and I look around the rooms in the house. I fee l that my vision is strange, it felt like I had plastic around my head and it was hard to keep the eyes open. I looked myself in a mirror and I see that my eyes looks very strange, they are cross eyed and in different colors. I rub my eyes and manage to get normal vision and I think to myself "Oh here's my chance. I want to see Iapetos! (My dreamguide).". So I run out of the house, but then... I see a yellow car with my aunt, godfather and cousins and a man with a gun pointing at them screaming at me.[/COLOR][COLOR="royalblue"]I guess my change of emotion made me lose my lucidity or something, but here I started dreaming normally again.[/COLOR]

When I wake up I look at my alarm clock and the time was now 05:37.

I'll make a new attempt tonight! Hopefully not that late though.
