non-lucid

I was in Toronto with N, but it was like we were in a game. It didn't look like any part of Toronto I've been to, but I knew it was. We split up to go on different routes, and we had to break into people's houses to find certain things. Sometimes there would be someone home when I started opening the door, and I had to run away, weaving through backyards and side-streets. It was a lot of fun. It was also very pretty everywhere I went; it was in the afternoon which was warm and sunny with an orangey glow, and all the houses and yards were beautiful and huge. I wish I could remember more.

- I had to help some guy look for his little brother. We were walking/running a pretty long way across a beachy area. We came to a place with a lot of people sitting on bleachers on the beach. We saw his brother in the crowd and pushed past people to get to him.

- I was with someone who was trying to teach some guy the names of the main MLP characters and how to tell the difference between them. Suddenly I spotted Fluttershy standing against a wall. She was in the cartoon style, but living and 3D - sort of as if a giant plushie of her had come to life irl. I went over and started patting her and scratching her chin like a cat, which she seemed to enjoy. (For the record, I've watched and enjoyed some MLP, but I don't really consider myself a fan.)

- I was wearing a bunch of lolita/deco accessories including two heart-shaped rings. One of them was lavender and it kept falling apart. I found another one and put it on, but thought three was maybe a bit too much, and so I thought about taking the broken one off. I also thought of replacing it with a rainbow bow ring I have.

I had to be executed by being shot by this girl. She had a big purple gun, with big purple bullets which were probably around 1.5 inches in diameter. She shot me once in the heart. The bullet stuck in the middle of my chest, but I didn't feel it very much and was fine. I had to show her how to hold the gun, then told her to shoot me in the forehead, which she did. Once again, it embedded into my head, and gave me a headache, but I was still basically fine. Slightly exasperated, I told her to shoot me in the side of the chest, but then I woke up.


After having this dream, I remembered another dream I had a bit over a year ago that was kind of similar. I didn't use my DJ on here back then, but I have it written down in my iPod, so I posted it here.

I was in my room, and suddenly saw 5 spiders on the wall, in the top corner near the window. One was probably about 3 inches long, two were around 2 inches long, and the other two were maybe 3/4" long (bodies only, not including legs). They were all really fat as well. The biggest one was yellow and black, striped kind of like a tiger; one of the medium ones was black and white, and one of the small ones was black with perfectly even white polkadots. The biggest one was also wearing a tiny beanie. I went out of my room and described them to someone, then went back in, and on top of its old hat, the biggest one was wearing a tiny cowboy hat. xD I went back out and reported that to the person. Then I went back in and gently swept the small polkadotted one into my hand. It curled up into a little ball. I went to take it outside, but as I got near the door of my room, it fell. I looked all over the ground for it, but I couldn't find it. I was afraid I was going to step on it. But then I woke up.

Longest one was Toronto again, looking for a movie to watch...then something about starting a new unit in some school...and one about watching the next ep of Gurren Lagann and it was really intense. Didn't get a very good sleep on the floor, lol.

I totally forgot to write this down >< so I remember some parts, but not all.

I was with a woman in a dark room, I'm not sure why but I associate her somehow with Adiane from Gurren Lagann. She was evil and testing me somehow. She told me to sing a certain song, I think it was a hardcore song, and I was trying as hard as I could to remember how it went or how it started, but I couldn't quite grasp it. Finally, after thinking for a couple minutes, I told her I couldn't remember it. She told me that would 'make [me] lose one point', and that was really bad for some reason, so I started trying to remember it again.

Later, I was in what appeared to be a large, dimly lit basement, with many patches that were completely dark. The walls were unfinished concrete, there was lots of exposed wood and there wasn't much in it. I was hiding behind a furnace or something where it was quite dark, and there was an old man walking around to see if there was anyone down there. I think he was connected with the woman because he was also evil and the environment was similar. He was just about to go up the stairs when I got scared and came out. He said something along the lines of, "oh! Good thing you came out, anyone who doesn't would be in a lot of trouble." I was glad I'd come out, but still scared. That's all I can remember.

- There was a tiny man on the floor in my living room, about an inch tall. He carried a stick that was very thin but about his height. It was like one of those 'magic wands':

except it was gold instead of black. The man was dressed in a long coat and a top hat, and was also entirely gold. I was sitting on the floor looking at him, and he ran and hid under something, but dropped his wand. I picked it up very carefully and tried to hand it to him, and he took it. There was someone else with me who was saying it might take a while to build up his trust.



- I was very high and sitting by a big heavy curtain. On the side I was on, there were a couple people and I was just sitting on the floor, but once in a while I would pull up the curtain and put it over me so I was on the other side. On that side, it was like being in a giant music visualizer, and I compared it to Milkdrop, the one that comes with Winamp, which I love playing with. (I recommend it if you don't have it, and this if/once you do..!)

It was changing constantly, as it does, but the one I remember most was a place made of these big waves of rainbow dots on a dark background that also passed across you, from right to left, in vertical sheets. The space it was in felt so enormous, it seemed infinite. The sensation was really cool and I was extremely happy. It's very hard to describe. After going in for a bit I would emerge from the curtain, laughing, and tell everyone else (sober) they really needed to try it.

I need to do this again in a lucid.



- This one was much less fun. I was in my room when suddenly a guy I know, NG, burst into the room and started trying to rape me. (This guy also talks to me and invites me places more than I'd like, but I find him kind of creepy to be honest, I just always feel uncomfortable around him.) I was scared but managed to fight him off, at which point he started trying to stab me. I got past him and ran into the bathroom. One of my friends was taking a bath in there, I dunno who it was, it kept sort of switching between being H and being N and being some other random person. So I burst in on them and shut the door, saying something along the lines of, "I'M NOT GONNA LOOK AT YOU I PROMISE BUT SOMEONE IS TRYING TO STAB ME OUT THERE".

I found a phone in the bathroom and came out again for some reason. He had stopped trying to stab me, but I told him I was calling 911, and started dialing. He laughed and said, "Good luck with that. 911 can't help you now." I looked down at the screen and it said something like, "line disconnected" and none of the buttons would work. I understood the guy had cut the phone line.

So I ran downstairs and tried to get out the front door. I was thinking I didn't want to go out in the clothes I was wearing, my shirt was really see-though, but I couldn't really help it. I struggled to unlock the door before he could get to me, and thankfully he didn't stop me from getting out, but he grabbed a very sharp umbrella from the porch and chased after me. I ran out onto the street yelling for help. I looked around but it was deserted. Desperate, I ran a bit further, and ran across a young woman I didn't know. I ran up to her and said, "please can you call someone for me, I need help, this guy is trying to kill me." She stared blankly and said nothing. Then he caught up with me, and I had to run again, fending off the umbrella.

I ran to a very busy place with the guy close behind. I managed to grab onto his hand and hold onto only his ring finger, which stopped him from stabbing me for some reason. We were in a very large crowd, but everyone was just staring at me without saying or doing anything, and it was very frustrating. At the very end, for some reason the guy started turning into N, and I was thinking, "I can't believe he ended up being like this!" Then I woke up, very relieved, before realizing it never was N in the first place.

- I was trying to get a birthday present together for N. I had a huge cardboard box in my living room, and I put a couple things I had for him in it. L was there too and she was helping me. I left the room for a moment, and when I came back, she had packed the rest of the box full of random stuff I didn't want. There were 3 pillows from my couch, a few small bottles of rice, a bag of salt and vinegar chips, and a big pile of ugly handmade candles, among other things. I took it all out with difficulty, but the candles made me think that maybe I should include the same caramel-scented candle I have, because it smells really nice and I'd told him it was good when smoking, lol. It was only April or May in the dream, and I was a bit afraid something would happen before his birthday and I wouldn't get to send it.

- N (dude get out of my head haha) had uploaded his kandykast (subtle lol) and was in my room taking phone calls about it. It was dark, we were by the window and I think we only had a candle lit. He was selling it to people for some reason. One guy called him, said "arse" and hung up. I asked, "did you sell it to arse?" He replied "no," sounding disappointed. He had also made a website for it, but it was just a plain page with a few cheesy glitter banners people had sent him. One of them was mine, I think it was dark blue.

I was in my kitchen with someone, I think it was N but I'm not sure, and I was asking him stuff about drugs. I had some mushrooms in a shower jelly container from Lush and I asked him if it was okay if I took it out of the fridge. I wondered briefly why my mom hadn't noticed them in the fridge. We also had a container of orange slice shaped/flavoured gummies that apparently had LSD in them. He took about half and I said we should finish the rest later.

Then I was at a movie theatre with my friend K's family, except I think they were my family in the dream, and we were all on a different drug, and split up around the theatre. I had eaten some shrooms and was sitting with her mom, and asked her what she was taking. She said, "ecstasy, if there is any". The movie was about to start and I realized I didn't get any snacks. I asked her mom for money and she gave me a Mentos wrapper that had change in it. I went over and asked K if she wanted to come with me to get snacks, but she said no.

I walked out the door to the concessions area as the previews were starting. I was starting to feel nauseous and wanted to get back to my seat quickly. As I walked up to the counter, one of the two girls working there asked what I wanted, and I said I wasn't sure yet. I emptied the change into my hand and was disappointed by how little there was. At first it seemed to be less than a dollar, but each time I counted it it was a bit more, until it ended up being $4.26. The moment I got that number, I heard one of the girls say her shift ended at 4:26.

I looked at the food on the counter. It was sort of like a counter at Subway, with glass over it, but there were just piles of different things with prices on folded pieces of paper. Each price card had a couple different prices on it, but only one was right, so I was confused about how much things were. I wanted to get some gummies, but then saw over to the right there were some art prints.

They were these really cool 3D fractal pictures about the size of a postcard, and some popped out. Because of the confusing prices, I thought they were $2 at first and was going to get one because I thought it'd be cool to look at, but then realized they were $20. Disappointed, I turned back to the snacks just before waking up.

- I dreamt I was in a shared dream with N, and we both knew it, but I wasn't really lucid. We were 'practising' something, not sure what, for a rave we were going to go to. We did it a few times, and I think we were able to teleport back to the start to try it again. I think we were in Toronto, but the area reminds me slightly of the outside of a movie theatre in my city. I was in my pink HK pyjamas and I think he was in PJs as well, and we said we'd be wearing our pants and stuff when we did it IWL.

After a few tries he said he wanted to do some dream stuff. We went over to a portal of sorts to the left of the building we were near. It was a glowing yellow rectangle on the ground that was maybe 2'x1'. He created or summoned some sort of creature from it, and so I decided to try that as well. I said, "rainbow cat!" and a brightly glowing yellow mass emerged from the portal. Within a few seconds it started forming into the shape of an animal, and the glow faded away to reveal a small, very fluffy cat with rainbow fur. It was like each clump of ~10 strands of fur or so was a different colour, and the effect was really pretty. I picked her up just before waking up.


- A fragment in which I got in trouble with an older woman more than once for dragging my feet when I walked. I don't usually do that.


- An even smaller fragment which involved me doing badly on an exam. This was the night before I had exams, but I wasn't too worried about them.

I was in a group of people auditioning for something. There were four of us, and we all had to dance and sing. After our audition, a blonde guy came up to me and was very encouraging, and said I was a good singer. I looked over and saw a chart on the wall of all the people who had tried out. It had the team name, small chibi drawings of the heads of the people in each team, and a comment on how they had done. Most of the teams had 2-4 people and not very good comments, but I found ours, which said we were 'great!' The drawings showed it was me, 2 other girls, and a guy with darker skin, and we were called Team Kitties. I was surprised to see that we had done well.

I was in a forest, and there were zombies. I had to kill a bunch of them, and one was DJ Breeze. Then I was telling my mom about it, and we had to get away. She was in some sort of weird vehicle, and drove along a tree branch that was hanging out over a cliff. It was really unsteady and I was yelling at her. I think it might have even fallen off, but she jumped out and hung onto the branch. She nearly died a few other dumb ways and it was rather stressful.

I had to do a math test or something, and when I finished, almost everyone else had left, so I left too. I was just wandering the halls, which looked similar to my school but not the same, and teachers kept walking by, so I stayed near the class I had come out of and tried to look like I was doing something.

As I was about to go through a door a short distance away, I had to stop and wait for two girls to come in first. Both of them were in costumes; the first had a dress but I don't remember who she was, and the second was supposed to be from Star Trek or something. They were older (like 20s) and a bit loud, and they were leading Halloween celebrations at my school. I went out the door, and they came out shortly after. I noticed several more people in costumes. The first girl said, "Halloween starts tomorrow!" I realized it was the last day of September, and Halloween events were going to be all through October.

I was in the lobby of the school then, and in front of me, there was a huge pink 'swirl' going all along the lobby and down into another area. It was made out of a slightly shiny fuzzy hot pink fabric, stuffed, and maybe 3 feet tall. It circled around the centre of the lobby and curled downwards into an absolutely enormous space which I 'remembered' was a stage. I considered asking someone if I could just walk down to it, because I wanted to see what it would be like to stand there. I wasn't sure if you were supposed to walk on the fabric, but I stood next to it petting it for a while.

The costumed girls got everyone out of class a few minutes later, and started a sort of parade around the school, with quite a few people in costumes. Still standing by the fabric thing, I was sort of caught in the middle of it all, so I stepped out and hung back so I could just stay at the back of it and not be noticed. My friend J and a guy who looked around 12 wearing a red t-shirt ran in front of me. They were next to each other, and both tried to run through a small space next to a pillar at the same time, but J crushed him against the pillar, and there was a loud, horrible sounding CRACK, which I knew(?) was his back breaking. The guy fell over all floppy. I was shocked and ran backwards a couple metres, with the fleeting thought that I was too close and I didn't want anyone to think I was involved. I turned back around and saw everyone had stopped and he was still lying there. Someone yelled, "Did you kill him?!" Someone else said, "Yes." I thought he was dead, but he suddenly tried to get up. He got about halfway up, before stumbling and falling over again sideways. He was silent. I was just saying "oh my god oh my god oh my god" quietly.

I went over to J and tried to say I was sorry that had happened. Her face looked unconcerned. I started, "Sorry.." and she said, "For what? I didn't do it." I tried to say "Well I know, I just meant.." but again she interrupted me, yelling, "I DIDN'T DO IT." She shoved me to the ground and pinned my arms down. At that moment, I could see a 3DS screen in the corner of my vision that was connected to this happening somehow. She said something along the lines of, "Round one of our fight...shall I start it?" I was kind of scared but mostly really really confused. She hit my face lightly. I was still trying to tell her what I'd meant, but she wouldn't listen. I closed my eyes, and she started prying one open with her fingers. I was scared she was going to do something to it. I was saying or maybe just thinking, "what the ACTUAL FUCK J" and she was just like, "Shall I hit you?" and punched me lightly on the left cheek again.

The 3DS kept being like "YOU SHOULD SUMMON A DOG" but I knew I didn't have a dog in the game. I tried to summon a dog anyway with my mind, and after a few tries, one appeared. I'm not sure if it appeared in 'real life' (of the dream) but it showed up on the 'screen' which was just overlaid on my vision, and I knew J could see it somehow. Then the system said "Your dog was not trained enough, but it brought you a treat!" and I saw it eating a football shaped treat. I said "Hahah, well that sure helped..." to J, trying to laugh it off. I was trying to get her off me when I woke up.


I dunno what to title this...it was really weird and kinda disturbing. J is also a very nice person IWL.

- I was with some people and we went to Dairy Queen. I knew where we were, it was in my city; there used to be a DQ in that spot, but it closed and was replaced with a really boring store. It was mostly unfinished concrete inside, but I was happy it was back. I was a bit sad because everyone else had done something fun beforehand but I wasn't invited.

There was more to this but I didn't write it down soon enough.


- I was with K, J, G, HG and NN, we were all hanging out for some reason and it was pretty cool. G was in a wheelchair he'd apparently borrowed from a random old lady, and was rolling everywhere very enthusiastically. I ran into S in what looked like a room under construction, she was complaining about something, then a piece of wood fell on her.

Then I was in some kind of stadium or something. A tiny little girl came up to me dressed in pink and purple winter clothes and started staring at me. I smiled and said, "hi there!" She opened her mouth and a big cloud of smoke came out. I was really confused. Her mom came over. They were both Asian. The girl was still breathing smoke. I asked her mom why, and she told me the girl had some kind of disease. (she said the name and I got the impression it was a lung disease, but I don't remember what it was called) I felt awkward and was like "oh...sorry to hear that. she's really cute" or something, but it was really loud and she couldn't really hear me.

Then I was trying to figure out what to do with my backpack. The people I was with were leaving but I couldn't decide whether I wanted to leave my backpack behind or not. Finally I decided to take it with me, and ran to catch up. I realized they didn't particularly want me there, but I stayed with them anyway. They were getting on an elevator and I had to run to catch it. G returned the wheelchair.

Then we were walking down a hallway and one wall was just huge sheets of fabric that were sort of open. I saw inside it and told everyone it was "the science centre". We slipped in and went down the hall, I told them I wanted to show them a really cool exhibit of a replica of a Mayan(?) town or something. The walls were dark red and it was dimly lit. We hit a dead end after a bit, and the display I was talking about was there, but it wasn't as cool as I'd thought it was. There were shiny gold and silver sculptures of suns and moons on the back wall. On our way back, I noticed a display of bows and arrows on a wall, and we talked about how cool they were. One bow was rainbow and sort of patchy with bits of fabric on it, and one was salmon pink and really intricately carved. I inspected it for a bit as I went by.


(next day update because I just remembered the part about the little girl)

I was with a random guy, and I was watching him draw a picture on a framed piece of paper on the wall in black pen. He was drawing another guy he knew who had a beard. He kept trying to make it perfectly even, but it would end up slightly uneven and he'd have to add more to other parts of it. The beard and the guy's ears kept getting bigger with each mistake, and I was joking with the artist about it, saying it would never end.

Then he was drawing a stick figure, and it had a happy face, and I said something about 'happiness on face', but he turned that into 'a penis on face' and edited the drawing appropriately.

Then I was at a really old computer to show him something, it had a really low resolution and it only had IE. I opened it, but the logo was upside down, and I'd made pencil marks on the screen, so part of the E looked like a =D face.

(how did my mind come up with this haha)

I went to deviantart and started looking at the categories on the side. There was one that started with a P and was one word and only had around 1,000 deviations in it. It was the least popular. Then I clicked on one called Science & Mathematics that had around 30,000, and then Drawings which had around 138,000. I thought I should make something for the least popular category.

I opened up Fireworks and found it was a new version, and started playing with some new tools. I discovered there was an 'anime eyes' tool that would stamp a variety of pencil sketches of anime eyes on your picture.
