At first everything is random and nonsensical. Then I realize I'm pregnant - at the doctor with a blood test with confirmation. Yet, I've been pregnant for some while. DH is happy and I am happy, yet reticent. Not sure when this happened or how - no memory of that. The rest of the dream is making preps for baby to come and the psychological transition to becoming a mother.

Next appointment at the doctor - I learn that I am pregnant with a little boy and he is dead.
