Using an ND experience from a dream to become extremely visibly lucid

It started off we were at a theme park sort of thing, the people i was with decided to skip a queue, we were looking for ways to climb inside this building as a way of skipping the queue, then we found a wall we could climb over. We were then stood in this queue with only a few people and i laughed saying it wasn't worth skipping, there was a second part we could walk off to and as one ofmy friends said "this is shit" we walked to the second part.
There was a rollercoaster slowing down and me and a friend decidedly to cheekily jump on.
It went to the queue area and the woman said "another run" as our barriers fell down (simple rollercoaster with just a bar accross the lap).
As it spun around a corner my carriage was sticking out slightly and my face hit a metal bar and i went dizzy and like i was going to die.
As i went unconscious i realised i was in my room, but my room was blue and there was light shining in from the curtains. My chair was also blue but made from a sort of felt rather than a cotton fabric.
I had a mirror on my wall which didnt quite reflect. I realised i was dreaming and i knew i was unconscious (or thought i was) I thought where can i go then if i'm this lucid i want to go somewhere whilst rubbing my hands together.
I thought i should go dive into my subconscious, i tried in my other dream but failed.
So i went to walk through my wall but i put my hands on the wall and nothing happened, the white paint (and my room isnt white) just stared back at me, so i took a step back and said "ok im in control, this is my dream" i then focused, and pushed one hand through my mirror, the mirror around my hand shimmered like a liquid as i began to push my whole body through, i entered my subconscious, there was nothing, i could see darkness and purple, i then felt a thud and i woke up. (i was trying to get to my subconscious to make all my dreams lucid somehow, failed before, failed now.)
So anyway I woke up for real![]()
I think the fact i was soooo deep into my own dream that the fact i THOUGHT i was having a near death experience led my lucid dream to be very vivid, i could feel everything my sight was more perfect than in real life.
I've failed at getting into my sub-conscious before, maybe its a confidence barrier but im trying to do a wierd sort of "inception" idea or talk to my subconscious to tell it to make all my dreams lucid, guess until then i will have to keep pactising my technique.![]()
