My friends and I are having some sort of party. However, the party consists of almost every person I have ever met. So we split up and take multiple cars, dividing ourselves into cliques. Then we arrive at my backyard. We decide to jump the fence to reach my neighbors yard. We start climbing. The fence is extremely tall, much taller than in real life, and it has hinges that swing open making it difficult to climb. Finally, some people make it to the yard. I am still at the top when the neighbor himself walks out of the house. I duck behind the fence hoping he will not see me. He notices everyone and surprisingly welcomes everyone to play. He even encourages me to climb down the fence safely.
Next I am at HEB. I decide to purchase a hat, a blue winter coat, some gym shorts, and a gym shirt. Eventually I find MM. We talk, but I don't remember what about. I then cut off all the tags of the clothes for some reason. I also take off my shorts and shirt and replace them with some that I am buying. I think I am afraid that the cashier will mistake the clothes I wear with the ones I want to buy. Eventually I take the clothes to the cashier and I have trouble matching the tags to the correct articles of clothing. I also decide not to get the coat, as I don’t need it. I actually couldn’t remember picking it in the dream either.
Now I receive an email stating that I am needed at soccer practice. It’s weird, but I feel my duty is to go. I arrive to see both soccer players and people from band. I see AB and ask if I really need to be there. He asks if I received the email and he says yes. So I reluctantly follow the group. I think we are about to start drills when I wake up.

I am walking through a jungle looking for a way down to the river. When the others arrive I take a huge branch from a tree and throw it as hard as I can at a nearby tree. The shock is so great that three branches fall striking some people. After that I find a way down to some platforms on the river. Some other people find another way so I let them work it out while I wait. Someone on a barge in front of me has a rope and is trying to swing it toward me so I can swing over. I keep waiting but the rope never intercepts my position. Finally after much frustration I get the rope and swing down. However, because I am on a higher ground I fall into the water before I reach the barge. I also loose my glasses. So I look under the water, slightly afraid to open my eyes, and see my brother, fish, and a dead armadillo. I ask my brother what he is doing. He is with some of his friends. I descend back under the water and find and grab my sunglasses. It was like an adventure. It felt like I was running from something very dangerous. Scary.

The inside of a Natatorium is set up as an obstacle course, similar to Wipeout. There are poles sticking out of the water and there are glowing orbs that must be gathered in order to win. There are also two lanes that go across two pools, and at each end is a place to rest. I remember going down the left side and eventually failing, as did many others. But, finally, I go down the right side first. I am doing well and rest at the other end of the pool. People are cheering and encouraging me. So I gather my strength and gather all but one orb. Then I realize that I have won so I run up and gather the last. I am so happy! So happy that I start running up and down the side of the pool. I am trying to do a backflip. I find a particular section of the floor that is more bouncy than others. So I start bounding very high. I jump and do the backflip, and I end up falling onto my teacher. Everyone laughs. I think I was partially trying to impress CM, with my win and my backflip. Then I go to my locker and look for some water. I think we are going to some sort of after party. Near the end of the dream I felt partially lucid, especially when I was trying to do the backflip.

January 3, 2012

I am at the mall with my mom, who also has my dog. I want my mom to leave because I need to pick up a picture of her without her knowing so that I can surprise her. Eventually she leaves and I walk across the parking lot, which is under major construction, to talk to AV, who is actually in charge of the pictures. I think I get the pictures, and then I go to an adjacent room where MM or BC or JK makes me sing the fight song of my high school. It goes a lot better than I thought it would.

Now I am with JA, GB, and others. We are on an adventure! We go driving through some country scene and we are trying to find something important. Also, all the creatures are like many times bigger than normal. So, we run away from most of them.
