    Non-Lucid Dreams

    1. The Old Man, The School, The Deaths, The Rebirth, and The Success.

by , 04-15-2012 at 12:34 AM (The Realm of the Child)
      Dream Type: Non-Lucid, Semi-Lucid, Memorable.
Dream Mood: Mysterious, Stressful, Eerie, Sad, Happy, Strange.
Dream Setting: My Hometown, Some Futuristic School, The 50's.
Dream Characters: My Mom, Some Old Guy, Random Classmates, False-Parents.

This was a long string of dreams that I had due to the fact that I kept waking up and falling asleep again because of a sudden and painful cramp I got in my lower back.

Anyways, as usual, the beginning of my dream is not quite present, though I remember my Mom and Me were at some sort of emergency of some sort and told some old guy to drive me to a hotel or something where she would be staying, though I was concerned of her trust in this unknown man. He was a Caucasian man with no hair and a long strangely beard. I got into a black, modern-day car with him, and we drove off but not to the hotel, but to my mother's house, where we cooped up in my bedroom and began eating and talking. At first, he was a bit of a jerk, though as time progressed, he became nicer, and even ordered me a pizza that came in an instant. My mom texted me, wondering if I had gotten to the hotel yet, and for some reason, I said yes. We then conversed on how we were going to get to the hotel. We never did get to the hotel by the end of the dream.

This next dream was very strange. I was sent to some futuristic boarding school of sorts, where everyone wore a tight suit that exposed their lower legs and their arms. Many things were quite futuristic, actually, such as the TV screens that were large and wide in our classrooms. I was in one of those classes, and a girl who I don't remember knowing was my friend. I was making a killing in these answers, getting almost every question asked by the teacher right, and once class was over, the girl asked me if I wanted to see a play she was in, and I agreed as we walked towards the front desk to see what time the play was at. I don't remember finding out though. Next, I was outside the school, and some guy was fixing something on the road as I watched him a bit, though suddenly, I saw a large truck, an 18-wheeler that for some reason drove on it's side coming his way. The whole truck avoided him, though the tires bounced up and down, and I realized one of the tires was heading his way, and as I saw one of them suddenly bounce a bit over his head, ready to crash down on him, I shouted "Watch out!" but it was too late, well, he didn't even react, but instead, the wheel came crashing down on him, putting his body into a round pulp of skin. I was shocked, traumatized at what I saw, and as the other's crowded around the mangled corpse, I ran, far away. I went on the road, making sure I was far from the school. I even went into the forest, and kept running and running, faster and faster. I eventually crossed a WWII airbase, and they began shooting, someone did at least. I realized that I was going to die then, so I wouldn't let them have the pleasure, and I jumped off the takeoff point, falling to my death. This was the end of my life, supposedly. Once I "died", I only saw black and a flash of some images that I cannot remember, but I was given the opportunity to start my life over, as if there was no heaven or something. And so I did, though I was given the choice of an era to choose.

The era I would choose to be born in was the 1950's. I can't say why, but I just chose that time. Still, there was no point where I was a baby or anything, but instead I was a child, more of a pre-teen really. I wore a red and yellow striped t-shirt and had short blonde hair, much like my actual self, and I had different parents, ones that were unfamiliar to me, and we were looking for a house in the dead of night. We found one eventually, and it was right by a dreadfully scary woodland area, though we didn't seem to mind, and without any caution to who or what was inside the home, we went in, and it was already furnished with all the things that we needed. Many things didn't seem like they would exist in the 50's, like cable TV with a channel guide built into the TV and modern-day cartoons such as Ed, Edd and Eddy. Still, we took the house.

I can't quite remember what happened after that, but what I do know is that there was quite a large gap between then and the next part of the dream, where it mainly consisted of me, my false mom and my false dad, who now lived in a very prestigious home with a large backyard and a horse statue in the middle of it, and not to mention the great view of a large green, grassy landscape. I can't remember what we were doing there, but we were there.

I've been having a lot of death-related dreams recently... I wonder what it could mean.
    2. Ghosts and The Girlfriend.

by , 04-12-2012 at 08:06 PM (The Realm of the Child)
      Dream Type: Non-Lucid, Memorable.
      Dream Mood: Threatening, scary, romantic.
Dream Setting: My High School, some amusement park.
Dream Characters: No One I Knew.

At the start, I was confronted by three or four Asian kids about something strange, very strange. For some reason, they knew that I knew that they had the powers of becoming a ghost of some sort, who consume other people's souls or something strange and dangerous as that. They asked if I wanted to join them, and for some reason, I accepted. I don't see why though. The way I'd activate this ghost power was by making up some Japanese word and saying it, well, it really seemed more like I was typing it in a chat box somewhere in the corner of my vision. I only got it to work once, mainly because I couldn't remember the word I made up, though I think it was something like Dobutsu Monaki or something asinine like that. Still, when I was a ghost, I didn't collect anyone's souls, though my vision was all purple. That dream ended out of nowhere.

In the beginning of this new dream, I was already cuddling up and making out with this girl, who was actually quite attractive. We were behind a building of sorts, and I was much more studlier. I had curly blonde hair that went to my neck, and had some pretty nice muscles to say the least. Still, we kept doing what we were doing, until another couple came by. Strangely, they would not let us continue on with our doing, and scolded us everytime we tried, so we had to come up with a way to get out. We never did, well, the dream ended before we could.
    3. The Dragon Friend and the Desert

by , 04-11-2012 at 05:09 AM (The Realm of the Child)
      Dream Type: Non-Lucid, Memorable.
      Dream Mood: Excited, Fun, Exhausting.
Dream Setting: Nature, A Warehouse, Some Desert.
      Dream Characters: A Dragon-Person, Comic-book Characters.

I have not quite been able to remember the beginning of the most recent dreams I have been having, and despite the fact that this was a nap, it was much the same.

I don't remember how the dream began, though it had to do with me being in some mountainous area that had a few tribal tents of some sort, though each one had a different more or less psychedelic pattern. For some reason, I took interest into a more natural looking patterned tent. It contained a dragon girl inside of it, like, a girl who had the shape of a human (save for the feet, they were like hind-legs) though had scales and a muzzle of sort. It perplexed me for some reason or another, and so I tried to visit her every now and then, though she was seldom there. The times I did meet her though, we seemed to get together quite nicely.

Next, I was actually sleeping in my dream when I was sleeping (sleepception?)! I was in a warehouse, and there were others there, but I didn't seem to recognize who they were, and so I went to sleep. It seemed black for the most part, though I'd wake up and seemed to think I was going to some convention of some sort that morning, and I was not wearing anything but my boxer briefs, until I got up and everyone started laughing. I was suddenly in a pink tightsuit and so I pulled down the pants part of it to reveal that my inner-thighs were covered in water and shaving cream. I freaked out and wiped all of the cream off and put on some jeans and a black t-shirt, and we set off. I was with a few other people, though they were all characters from comics or manga books. One of them that I remember the most was Monkey D. Loofy from the manga One Piece. We walked outside, and it was suddenly really hot with a decent breeze as well. It was a desert, and so we began walking, in the distance was a sort of town. About half way through, we stopped and we were asked if we wanted a sort of popsickle or something. We all babbled on about who had the money for it, though soon enough, the dream ended.
    4. Our Poor Family and the Atomic Bomb That Did Little

by , 04-10-2012 at 05:39 PM (The Realm of the Child)
      Dream Type: Non-Lucid, Memorable.
      Dream Mood: Depressing, Scary, Confusing.
Dream Setting: My mother's home, My high school.
Dream Characters: My mom, A bunch of my friends and classmates.

I do not remember much of what happened before the main portion of the dream, but as the first part, I had come back to my Mom's house, finding it made of all Minecraft blocks, well, poorly made by my mother, that is. She was complaining and mournfully telling me about how we didn't have enough to afford good housing and that my step-dad would have to work for the rest of his life to have a comfortable life (Which is strange because he's already retired). Still, there was one room in particular that was strange. The roofs were made of either blue blocks, black blocks or water blocks, which felt like rain as I stood under it. There was a loud noise when I stood under the room, and so I decided to redecorate the whole house with wood blocks and whatnot. It turns out that noise in the one room was actually a helicopter that was flying left and right over our house because there was a bear next door to us.

The next part of the dream started when I was eating with some friends at my high school on the football field. Somewhere before hand, we have heard that some other place had gotten a bomb of some sort, and not long later in the distance, we could see a large explosion that seemed like an Atomic Bomb, rubble and dirt flying from behind the building. It did nothing to us, per se, though even in the dream I wondered if it would hurt us. We were told to evacuate the school, and so I did. Strangely, I could only walk really, really slowly, though I got to the front of the school, where I encountered a plethora of orange cars there. They told us to get into any of the cars and to drive home. I saw an empty car that was free for the taking. I thought that I should get in and go, but I was scared for some reason.
    5. Mom's Roasted Hearts.

by , 04-07-2012 at 11:08 PM (The Realm of the Child)
      Dream Type: Non-Lucid, Memorable.
      Dream Mood: Strange.
Dream Setting: My Mom's house and Some Plaza.
Dream Characters: Anthropomorphic Animals and My Mother.

I'm not sure what to think of this dream.

It started somewhere like in an open, outside plaza or something, where the clouds were a dark gray and the horizon in the distance was just desert; plain nothing. I was told by someone who reminded me of an online friend I know that I should pick an animal, and I turned to look behind me and there were some animals, much like humans though, sitting in a sauna of sorts. I didn't really get why, but there was a gorilla, a fox and a bird.

Once that one was over, I was at my mother's home, and she had told me that she made a sort of new bread creation. She gave me one, and it was a sort of bread that was so soft, it jiggled and moved in my hand. I looked at it, and it had many different things on it, like burnt parts and less-cooked parts, though as I looked at it more, it looked more and more like a human heart. I placed it somewhere and scolded my mom about it, though she seemed to just jokingly deny that it was actually a heart.
    6. A movie on the race track.

by , 04-05-2012 at 03:01 AM (The Realm of the Child)
      Type: Non-Lucid.
Mood: Strange, relaxing, and somewhat happy.
Setting: On a race track, somewhere.
      Characters: Unknown.

The beginning of the dream is quite out of my mind at the moment, but the main part is still very much there. Basically, I was in a race track, one that had dirt roads, ones that might be used in something like racecar driving, motocross or monster truck derbies. Still, there was something strange about the night, maybe it was the fact that there were two huge projector screens that looked like were going to show a movie. The rest, is sadly, much less detailed. I don't remember the movie we watched or who I was with!
    7. A Trip to Gamestop

by , 04-04-2012 at 12:36 AM (The Realm of the Child)
(Trying out a new format. Hooray!)
      Dream Type: Non-Lucid
      Mood: Awkward, Angering, Somewhat Eerie
      Settings: Gamestop... Somewhere.
      Characters: My friend Anthony.

During the start of the dream, not much comes to mind besides me driving on a strange freeway, which is strange. I usually never take the freeway, much less have to. Still, I was in a car that I did not know very well, though I was driving with my friend Anthony who has made our friendly relationship very awkward because of his advances to try to 'get with me', even though I am not gay. So in this dream, things were much the same. We were quiet in the car. We barely said a word to each other, until we got to our destination; Gamestop, which is also strange, because I don't see why I'd go on a freeway to get to Gamestop, when they have a store right up the street from where I live. Whatever, still, we poofed into the shop. I was apparently looking for a game (dunno what else I would be doing there...) and so I looked around. He suggested a few games, all of which seemed uninteresting or just dumb. I then found a game, which I thought was Fable II, but in reality was not. Still, I waited in line with the game, while he awkwardly waited next to me in a submissive stance that made me feel embarrassed. Not much after that thought. A very static dream.

    8. Time Travel and How It Effected Today (and Easter).

by , 04-02-2012 at 01:38 AM (The Realm of the Child)
Well, back from my lack of dream recall, I woke up remembering the strangest of dreams that I had last night.

There was not much foreplay I could remember of the first part of my dream, but what I do remember of it was strange and somewhat disturbing. I was with another person, though me and him were very similar, actually, in the way that we weren't actually humans, but white boxes with plain faces. Still, the other box told me that he had made a time machine. This was in the room of my dad's house, actually, so it all felt too strange. Still, we debated, and eventually used it. I believe we went back to the 60's, 70's and 80's. I don't remember going anywhere else, but I do distinctively remember going into a cliche 70's store and looking through 70's rocker clothing, in otherwords, baggy torn jeans, vests and headbands. Realizing that I couldn't wear any of it, due to my shape, we went back to the present. Things seemed quiet and eerie, though had a sad tone to it. The other guy told me that we couldn't go back anymore, due to a reason unknown. I went to go look into the living room and kitchen, and it was all empty, save for the kitchen, which on the chair sat the other guy, or so I thought. He now looked like me in my pre-teen years; Long hair, red t-shirt, acne ridden and with cargo shorts. I shook my head and went back into the room and told the other "Everyone's gone. No one is on this planet!" and he replied with "No one?" I nodded and looked at the other again with a concerned face "Well, you are sitting in the kitchen." he looked terrified as I said that and began ranting on about how bad this was.

That was the end of the first part of my dream, some sort of end of the world scenario. Things were similar in my next dream though, but very different as well. I believe we were in a spaceship of sorts, a very futuristic one at that. It was close to Easter, and my dad was buying me a bunch of animals for pets, and I mean a lot. Rabbits, cats, chicks, ducks. Loads of animals, even small cheetahs and other wild cats, though all of them would need to grow from their cub state. Still, My dad for some reason told me to pack all of the animals into a storage area on the ship. Soon enough, Easter (I guess...) would come and I would open the storage thing to find the creatures. I wanted the small cheetah-like kitten the most, though I found the... "cub", though it was like a small bug, spotted like a cheetah, but I even questioned it in my dream. Still, I don't remember what quite happened between there and the next event, but suddenly, all the animals were gone, just vanished. Something after than happened, and there was mention that it was "The end of the world".

What's with all these apocalypse dreams? Hmm... Maybe I can predict the future, eh?
    9. The Zombie Apocalypse

by , 03-28-2012 at 12:52 AM (The Realm of the Child)
This dream seems out of place for, me. Usually they are about video games or nature, though this seemed all too real and lacked environment.

The beginning of the dream was but a small fragment that had nothing to do with the rest of the dream. I was in my dad's apartment, and there I was with my twin brother, who looked like me except with dyed black hair, and my friend Josh, who I only knew from an Art class I took when I was 15 and 16. I was playing a game of some sorts, my friend Josh was throwing white objects (I thought they were packs of socks at the time) and my brother, well, I hadn't a clue what he was doing. The front door was open, and through the still closed screen door, I could see another friend from the Art class, Noah, staring through as if he was suspicious or surprised to see what we were doing. Soon, he'd slowly back off in a scared manner, and I turned to my brother and said "That's Noah, the retarded kid I was telling you about." Of course, I don't ever remember telling my brother of Noah. This part of the dream would quickly fade though.

Next thing I knew, I was in my Mother's and Step-Father's home, and it was night. From where I can remember, we were preparing something big. Everyone was hurrying, but in this part of the dream, it was only me, my mom, my step-dad and the people I chatted with on this dark-blue layout of a chat site. Still, everyone in the dream seemed more or less accurate looking. They told me that the zombies were coming, and I believed them, in fact, I actually felt like I was purely terrified at the idea. Soon enough, I was at the door and suddenly, I heard my mother scream out "Here they come!" and as I looked out the door, my Step-dad and my neighbors were closing some sort of metal gate in front of my house, and in the distance of the starry night street, which was much like the one actually by my Mom's house, there were many white figures, slowly navigating towards my house. Everyone ran inside. My mom, my dog, my other dog and even a stray cat. We then slammed the door, and this is where the terror began.

It was actually quite calm, though we seemed to just be playing a waiting game. I was using my netbook to talk to some people on a chat site, though I had many chats that I ignored, only one that I went with and I don't remember our conversation. Soon, my Step-Dad would have told me to come into his "lab", which was when he took me to my mom and step-dad's room, where he said to stay as he set up his lab. The room was dark, and I remembered that there was a doggy-door to the glass sliding door that was in their room. Granted that in reality, no zombie could get through there, though it was just something that scared the living hell out of me. I was informed to enter the... "lab". It was in the same place where the bathroom was, except the interior was larger and actually like a laboratory. My step-dad placed a dollop of a brown substance on the back of my hand, then a small herb. After that, he began to viciously rub the stuff onto my skin, until it had disappeared, though once done, my hand stung and tingled weirdly. Still I went back to the living room and sat down. My mom and I began to hear a bunch of banging from the front door, just rapping over and over. My mom did something that I only now found out was quite stupid; she opened the door. It was only my cat, and so we let it in and closed the door. I went back to my laptop, realizing the dollop was dung, or so my step-dad told me, and it had to have had something to do with the zombies. I asked a guy on the chat "What's with this Dung stuff?" I said, though my mom came up to me and grinned "Look, if worse comes to worst, we'll get out of here. We'll get into (my step-dad's) truck with the big headlights," and I knew what she was talking about, actually "and just drive away." I shook my head and looked at her with a concerned intent "But, Mom. These aren't the zombies that we see in fantasy. This is real! God knows if we can simply just kill them by getting a bullet to their head." and not long after, my dream ended.

Well, if one thing's for certain, it made me absolutely terrified about zombies.
    10. The club, the stray infant and the cliff battle.

by , 03-27-2012 at 02:53 AM (The Realm of the Child)
Surely enough, I would say that this dream is very video game related, most likely my dream sign, though I cannot fully verify this yet.

The dream began in a somewhat eerie tone, though in a seemingly happy event. I was with my mom, my brother and my mom's ex-husband. I don't remember much of what happened, but we went to a club or restaurant of sorts. Other than that, I remember us having a good time, doing whatever it is that we did, though as the dream progressed, it became night, and with a quick and sudden transition, I was now an infant in a basket, an infant that could suddenly walk out of said basket as well. It would seem that gang members or smugglers were out to get me, scarily.

The woods were of a somewhat blue-night variety, and there was a stone bridge where the basket was on. Under it was a waterfall, one that streamed downwards rapidly, and I was one to be able to move down that waterfall with ease.

In mere seconds, I was now grown into an adolescent, though a girl who at times seemed to switch back to a boy, rinse, repeat. There was a... well, stoner looking guy with me, one who warned me about a large creature who was out to get me. The sun was either rising or setting at this point, but I was in a green pasture with a cliff at the end that underlooked a large peninsula next to us. Between that cliff, suddenly arose a large, blue and strange female, medusa-like creature, who screeched and spat fireballs at me. Her health bar was at the top, and it would seem that every bit of the bar that went down would show a small image of the creature without a torso piece on, breasts fully exposed. All in all, she had a weakness that I don't remember, and I was getting frustrated because I was loosing so much, though I was unable to beat her before my dream ended.
