    Saturday, 2nd of March.

    Once again I have failed to recall any dreams.. I am going to keep at this though, I don't know what's preventing me from remembering my dreams but I will find out and hopefully brake through it! Also looking for a seed to help me out (based on the Schema theory.)

    -I awoke at 3 AM for a shor period of time, I considerd doing a WILD But I don't know what happend, I think I fell asleep.

    -Feeling enthusiastic as I wake, trying to keep the frustration of not remembering my dreams at bay.

      Stay positive.

      If you want to kick start your recall, you can have some water before bed, so it wakes you up in couple of hours for the bathroom. It's likely that you will remember a dream at that time. Write it down. Then have some more water to wake up again later. Good luck
