Week 1 catch a ghost Mon 04/18/11: minimal recall. dreams of work and old friends. Tue 04/19/11: strange. had my dreams the first half of the morning. had a lucid but don't remember much but having a beard. too early and groggy to write notes...didn't sleep well after that i do keep a more detailed paperback journal but i'll just give you guys the skinny here unless its good stuff
