    1. Counter Strike Horror, Target Liquidation Sale

      Dream 1:

I was in a huge arena with a very ominous reddish-black sky. On either sides of the arena were these massive step pyramids/ziggurats, owned by each team and acting like their base.

Each base had a different color tint, either red or blue, and the layers were frequent and thin. There were gun encampments all along my team's pyramid, but the guns were all late 1800s Gatling guns. I also remember that the two teams were playing Capture the Flag, and as you might expect the flag was in the pyramids. This is where things get freaky.

I was probably sent to get the flag from the other team's base, as next thing I know I'm in a hallway that looks like one from one of my schools, and all the lights above were either flickering or off. A little further down than I was a man sitting down in an old high school desk. His head was turning like an owl's, around in circles. The direction was rapidly changing, but then he saw me. His facial features looked bare or empty, but I guessed that he was in his mid-thirties. The man abruptly stood up. He zipped towards me a couple steps and stopped. Again he does this until he's right up at my face, head still turning. His marble white eyes lacked pupils. The man might have said something, but I tried to run away to the branching hallway on my left. I didn't look back. I managed to get myself into a thinner hallway, but there was this strange shadow. It looked like a thin potato on a stick, but you could clearly see eyes and teeth. This thing was not good. I heard voices in my head about trying to cut the thing, because that's the only thing you could do. I turned around and saw the creature of the shadow towering above me. It was at least 7 feet tall, and was wearing some sort of burlap bag type material. It's head was just like what I saw in the shadow, but it had red eyes. Inspired from Counter Strike, I whipped out my knife and started slashing in a similar fashion. I was backing up in the process. I was petrified though, so I woke up.

      Dream 2:

This was a far more pleasant dream than the Counter Strike House of Horrors one. Me and some other people were browsing the aisles of Target. I felt like I knew these people, and perhaps they were friends, but I don't know those people in my waking life. An intercom announced that the store was foreclosing. My group and I walked out of our current aisle and saw that things were really being foreclosed. Taking a brief look at some of the price tags, everything was on sale, most for 90% off. The store's layout had changed as well, not what you'd see at a regular target.

The little remaining aisles were placed perpendicular and in front of the checkouts. From the back wall of the store, which had been brought up to match the new placement of the shelves, you could see a checkout and the employee working there. All of the employees to my recollection were all the same guy, and were all incredibly depressed. I wouldn't blame them. The most interesting and jarring thing about the whole change was that now, instead of Target selling what they usually sell, the store was selling strange antiques.

We proceeded to walk around the cash registers over and over again, as that's where nearly all the big-ticket antiques were. There isn't much of interest to say that happened from that point. We laughed and pointed at all the ridiculous things on display. It seemed to be great fun. The only thing that really stuck out in my mind was that I was abnormally interested in this large figurehead-esque bust of Catwoman stood up on large black wooden beams. It looked expensive, but since it was on sale, it was only $10.
