At about 3:15 today (~2 hours ago), I felt really tired. I went to the YouTube app on my Xbox and played a 25-minute power-nap binaural beat with an alarm at the end. I considered trying to induce a lucid but figured it was futile, so I fell asleep.

I woke up and started looking for other videos to watch. However, I eventually woke up again and heard the video's alarm. The video had ended. I was confused at first, but I quickly realized that I had been dreaming all along -- I had a false awakening.
