Warpflare

I'm sitting with my uncle Tr somewhere. We are talking about something, possibly work, and he decides to call my uncle Ty to ask a question about the project. He calls and gets a hold of him. He's somewhere with his wife, and we can hear wind in the background. I ask where they are, and they say they are on an archaeological dig.

As he speaks and I walk, the land around me changes from the green forest it was before into a drier, sandier clime. First it's a little rocky, but as I keep moving, it becomes hills of rolling sand.

I get to a small empty base camp of sorts, and my companion (Not my uncle anymore, changed to a faceless friend). And my companion and I laugh at the people who come here for a "Archaeological Journey". The people here strew fake artifacts about the sands, and get people to pay them to take them digging. We follow a trail of these objects, to a small field of them. There are actually some nice silver cups, lined with gold inside that I quite like, even if they are fake, so I grab one.

We see a small hole in the ground, and drop into it. There I see my uncle Ty and his wife looking at a huge mound of real treasure. Gems, and gold mostly. As I walk in, Ty asks how many of the quarter sized emeralds it would take to buy something that I can't remember. I quickly say 30, and that we should go soon. So I go to grab some, but then I notice 4 doors in the room, and ty says that we can only take what we can carry in our hands into one of those rooms, then something happens. So I grab a few and go into a door.

A man is in the room, which looks like a two child bedroom, messy too. He says if I pass his test, I can take 10% of what I'm carrying and I quickly wish I had brought more. I get nervous, and stall by asking if I can clean the room before the test. He looks surprised and says yes. After I tidy up a bit, he makes me get down, and starts beating my back with a stick. I'm surprised that it doesn't hurt. I can feel the stick hitting my back, and hear the sound. But the pain is like a memory. (That should have clued me into the fact this was a dream)

2 rounds of increasingly powerful hits go by, then on the third, I get super angry all of a sudden. Irrationally angry to the extreme. So once the round ends, along with the trial. I exit the room and grab one of my adventuring group (Which just came into existence). One of them is huge, and we plan to ambush the guy who beat me right when he answers the door. One strong hit to the face. Which goes according to plan.
He drops like a rock, and we take a huge bag of the treasure, and his sword, which I can somehow tell is of a crazy sharpness and quality.

We get out of there and head back to our home base. But on the way, I feel horrible. We just robbed the owners. So I take the sword and the bag and head back. (I fly back). I know they will be angry,so I go in quickly, drop the bag of treasure and the sword and then drop to the ground and lower my head. Then I ask for forgiveness.
I explain how I got so irrationally angry and made a mistake, and hope they can forgive me.

There are 4 of them, and they seem to be an adventuring group as well. A very successful one. They accept my apology, and I leave. It feels like no time passes, and I might be forgetting a part of my dream, but next thing I know I'm in a large field with a battle going on. Those four are there, and they are trying to take down a huge elephant like creature. I'm under it's legs, dodging as it moves around. I see an opportunity to knock it over when it rears up. I throw all my weight into it, and manage to tip it off a ledge. The leader of the four is impressed and they take me back to their cave. He then insists I join their band. I decline, saying I'm in one, but he won't take no for an answer. He tries to get me to accept gifts from him, but I decline again and fly away as fast as possible. They follow.

I can't really remember much from here. But I really enjoyed this dream. I noticed allot of little details and I feel my awareness is geting better.
