2 interesting memories of this weekends dreams. firstly i got lucid in my most recurring park/festival dream. i was with russ and bruce and just had a sudden realisation. i was in the park and we were facing a cliff. i stabilised by clapping and prepared myself to learn something as we approached a group of people on the edge of this cliff. this is a good sign because sometimes i will turn away or be overwhelmed when it feels like im about to learn something. anyway dont remember much else from that dream.

last night i woke up then managed to go straight back into a lucid. i just imagined myself flying, pulling myself through the air and out of my body. suddenly i found myself floating above the gardens of my local town centre. it was real as this is now and some lads were joking with me saying i would have to fly higher than that to be able to escape. escape what i dont know but i just had a little banter with them then it fades. so great to have that repreated reminder that literally all you have to do to have a full on wild is to just focus on doing something in a dream while forgetting about your physical body
