So I dropped the ball today. I woke up a few hours after first going to sleep, and I had a dream fresh in my memory. But, I was lazy. I was tired. And I said to myself that I would just skip writing that one down… So I’ve pretty much lost it. I remember that it was based around work, which is what I’d been incubating before I went to sleep. I dream about work often though, so not sure if the dream was a result of the incubation or just a product of patterns in my dreams. Anyway, I was there, and I saw both Will and Tommy at some point. (Seeing them both in one night should have been a red flag that something wasn’t right, brain.) We were in the backroom, and I think unloading a truck at some point. It’s all I recall.

After that I think my brain must have said “screw it” and not bothered remembering anymore dreams today. Well, I suppose it’s possible that I Just plain don’t remember any. Though I can’t help but fear that it’s the result of me not writing that first one down. If I’ve learned anything in the last few days, it’s that what you tell yourself and how you feel about all this makes a HUGE difference. Positive thinking and keeping this at the forefront of my mind is how I’ve went from barely ever remembering dreams to remembering some every single day. So skipping one in the name of just not feeling like doing it could very well have had the negative side effect of making my brain not bother with remembering others. I’ll have to put some extra effort tonight and tomorrow into getting myself motivated to remember the dreams again.

I won’t let this happen again.
I will remember my dreams. I WILL.

^ I’ll probably repeat those two lines to myself 200 times in the next 15 hours.

      Work On:
–Write down every dream the moment I wake from it. Every time.
–Work seems to be a reoccuring theme. Reality check often at work (especially in the back room).
–More reality checks when things seem strange.
