Welcome back to DV and to my workshop! |

I am 19 years old, I started lucid dreaming about 3 years ago when I first stumbled upon DV. I have had quite a few ld's but I am bad at writing in a dream journal so I usually only recall them for a day or two. I stopped focusing on it about a year ago because of school, but I have a lot of free time lately (especially in the mornings) so I regained an interest and am dedicated to getting back into the habit. My main technique has been DILD, but I have had a lot of success with DEILD and MILD so I will be focusing on those as well. My goals are to write in my dream journal every morning to increasing my recall, and to focus on increasing my awareness throughout the day. Any input is appreciated |

Thanks for the reply, I wrote in my DJ this morning. I will experement with some WBTB schedules to find which works for me so thanks for the two methods. I have had some success with WILD in the past, but I wasn't aware that I needed to stay up during the WBTB for at least an hour so I thing I will have more success with this new knowledge. |

Okay I understand what your saying, thanks for clarifying. I had a late night last night and had to wake up early this morning so it wasn't very conductive for lds but I did write in my dream journal again so I am making progress. |

I have been keeping up with my dream journal, my sleep schedule has been varying a lot lately so it has sort of messed me up. I had a ld last night though but I was only lucid for a little bit before I got distracted and forgot I was dreaming. |

Yeah, short lucids are common. Sorry about that. |
