I've had 2 DILDs and Summer just started so I'm going to try to improve my LD skills during these months. I will keep track on how much meditation and ADA I do. |

Welcome to the workbooks Dale! I like the idea of at least starting with day time practices that you enjoy. Would you say that those are two practices that you enjoy the most in connection with lucid dreaming day time practices? I am referring to your mention of ADA and meditation. I highly recommend making sure you have a strong self-awareness component to your day time practices. Also, feel free to let me know if you have questions or you can just use this as a place to personally track your progress. |
