      Biel.F WorkBook

Hello everyone, I'm Biel, a 14-year-old young man who has been very interested in lucid dreaming for the last month.

      Experiences:

So far I haven't had any lucid dreams.

      Study on LD and Techniques:

I've been trying DILD, doing reality checks like holding my nose and trying to breathe and then looking at my hands and wondering how I got here. I was actually doing that for about 3 weeks, then I slowed down and now I do it casually maybe 3 times a day. In addition, I was also writing down my lucid dreams until I managed to record about 15 dreams, from then on I tried to find some dream sign and nothing, I don't have any dream sign. I have also been trying the MILD, making affirmations before falling asleep that I will remember my dreams and that I will realize that I am dreaming. I also tried WILD but without success. And since I don't have natural awakenings during the night I can't do the WTBB.

AND NOTHING HERE I AM FOLLOWING COURSES TO SEE IF I FINALLY GET SOMETHING.

SOMEONE HELP ME IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE.
