I can easily know I'm dreaming. I always have in my mind [This is a dream]. I remember 1-2 dreams per day. Now what I am reaching for is control. In my dreams I can control myself, but I want to be able to mold my surroundings. I feel almost helpless when things just get a little too out of control. That is why I am seeking more of it. It will help me keep my dreaming experiences in check. I would just like some of my concious to rub off onto my dreams. Any suggestions?
